Nice house in a great location close to the bike path and a few minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Second Street. Very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the fenced in yard, great for kids and dogs. The koi pond was a bonus.

The property was very clean, which is my number one priority. The property could not have been better suited for pets with the beautiful backyard and frontporch with a gated railing. The house was decorated with a seaside bend without being kitsch. There are only two adults on this trip but the house could comfortably host a crowd. Plus the location is tops.

Thank you for sharing your place! Lovely home, great location by shops, restaurant ocean and bay, well appointed kitchen, extra pillows blankets, towels and lovely backyard pond with lights and waterfall. My husband spent all the time he could sitting by it.

All rooms updated inside, very comfortable and clean. I loved the fish and waterlily pond, My daughter loved the huge bathtub and the dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Everything we needed was there- linens, paper goods, soap and detergent all provided. The owner was very responsive when an issue arose. Great location- Walk to downtown Lewes and 1 block to the bike path to Cape Henlopen, Rehoboth or Georgetown. Only downside was that the lawn service showed up unannounced, and the trucks start up early next door at the town maintenance depot.
