Relax and unwind in our spacious, 3-story townhouse located directly across the street from the ocean. Walk out your backyard, cross the street, and you're on the beach!

Our home features three bedrooms, all with king-size beds, smart TVs, and private balconies. Newly remodeled with three full and one 1/2 bath. It has a brand new kitchen. Very nice ocean views from the top floor master. Bbq grill on back patio and full use of the 2 car garage

Conveniently located in the heart of Melbourne Beach, three blocks south of Ocean Ave on A1A.

This location is perfect. Amazing views of the ocean from the top deck on one side to the beautiful views of the sunsets on the other deck. The home was spacious and provided enough privacy for each of us. It has everything you need and more. Beach is across the street with easy access. Chris is an awesome host and was very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

The townhouse was fantastic. It was very clean and modern. Plenty of balconies with tables and chairs. You can actually watch a rocket launch from the top balcony. I took a chair to the beach and watched 3 night launches from there. Spectacular! Would definitly stay again and would definitly recommend this place to anyone. The host quickly responded to any issues or concerns I had.

Amazing Stay! Amazing Vacation Rental!

We were so pleased with this vacation rental and definitely plan to stay again in future if in the area. The property was very clean. The furniture and beds were VERY comfortable. The location was very convenient and close to the ocean. The top floor balcony offers nice views. We enjoyed morning walks. The property was well designed (especially showers) and decorated. We didn't want to leave. It was very easy to communicate with the owners. They are very kind and helpful. I would love to live here indefinitely:)
