Resort Rentals very nice and helpful! A few things could use improvement though. Refrigerator needs to be replaced, had to buy water and ice. The master bedroom bed was excessively tall! I had to get a chair to get in and out of it! A K-cup would have been wonderful! Other than that, it’s a great property!

The view and location were amazing! The condo had a good amount of space for our family and the beds were comfortable. The beach chairs and beach supplies were a nice addition. Overall we had a great stay. I would recommend that the kitchen supplies be updated and for a few extra bath towels to be available.Great place for a family to stay!

My parents and our family of 5 stayed here and we had plenty of room! The view was pristine and the walk to the beach was manageable even with 3 young kids. It is close to John’s pass, dining and putt putt. We would definitely return!

The balcony on the beach was perfect. Quiet beautiful mornings and priceless sunsets. The beach was clean and well maintained. Great to have the beach cabanas to rent. Location is close to anything you need. Can’t wait to come back!

Location, location, location! This place is situated perfectly on Maderia Beach. It’s within walking distance of several great eateries, mini golf, etc. It’s also on the trolley line that runs between St. Pete Beach and Clearwater. The sand is perfect with nice chaise loungers available for rent.

The condo was perfect for the 6 adults. View was awesome and just steps from the beach. We watched dolphins and sunset from the large balcony. Only complaint was washer and dryer need to be updated.
