Stayed there during nearby music festival, and could not have been more satisfied. Juliann greeted us and is the sweetest host I've ever met. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in her guest's happiness. Loved our stay and will be back next Summer!

Our thoughtful, delightful guests, such as these, have made it a pleasure to be a Vrbo host!
Very comfortable house and close to Margaretville. Stairs are a bit steep for seniors like us. Numerous bedrooms for sleeping. Luggage racks would be a welcome addition. Kitchen has been updated.
The house is nice and big enough for 5 of us to stay. It’s a bonus to have 2 bathrooms since my teenage spent long time in bathroom. It’s also convenient to go either to the shops or to Belleayre ski center

John, It was our pleasure to have you and your family in our home. Please do come again!
The house had plenty of rooms for 5 skiers, lots of comfy beds, 2 baths and storage. Nice wood burning fireplace and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. Proximity to Belleayre and downtown Margaritville was a plus. The owner was very generous, meeting with us and even came next day to salt the drive way. Highly recommend her place for a family

Thank you Hwa. Really nice to meet you. Thank you for keeping the house so neat and clean, Please do come again!
We stayed here for a long ski weekend - two adults and two teen/tweens. Property was so convenient to the ski area. It has a great sun room that allowed us to drop our gear and keep our ski mess contained without cluttering the living area. The host took the time to make sure the house had everything we needed, from dish soap to olive oil to board games to snow shovels (which were needed!) The host was there to great us upon arrival, and patient when traffic caused us to arrive later than anticipated. The house is sparse but cozy and we really enjoyed coming back to it. It had everything we needed and nothing more for a great weekend. Hopefully we can stay again next year.

Cute farmhouse convenient for motorcycle adventures
Went for a motorcycle riding weekend with my son and his girlfriend. Juliann was so sweet and met us as check in to show us the house. She even had cookies waiting for us after our long ride from New Jersey. The house was so cute and comfortable. The 2 full baths were a godsend when it came to getting ready for bed. There are restaurants and a bowling alley within walking distance. God forbid you need it, the hospital is right next door(no noise heard during our stay).
The bedrooms were comfy as all the beds had cushy mattress toppers. The TV had access to the streaming services (your logins required). The kitchen had pots and pans in case you wanted to cook. There's an outdoor area with a fire pit(unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use it). The heat worked well and kept the house cozy even though the temps outside were in the low 30s.

Thank you Ian. A pleasure having you as guests and your beautiful motorcycles are welcome too! Regards, Juliann
My family and I traveled from South Jersey to visit the Catskill mountains during Peak Leaf Peeping season. This was a perfect location for us. We were warmly welcomed by our host who guided us through her family’s lovely mountain side home. She gave us a detailed description of what life was like for her and her siblings growing up in the Catskills. She genuinely cared about our experience and even set aside some games and snack for the kids. The house was clean and well kept. The fireplace inside was in working order as well as the fire pit out back. The house is older as it has been persevered to give an authentic mountain life experience. However, the house has all the modern day amenities. The property is situated right outside of downtown margaretville which we learned has a great deal of history. It was a 10-15 minute drive from Belleayre Ski Resort and was super convenient to get to. Overall, the price to stay was 100% worth it and I would recommend this home for families who want a laid back experience and would rather not pay similar prices for a hotel. Be sure to leave your stress at the door and enjoy the views and fresh air! Thank you to our host who we throughly enjoyed. We will be back to visit in the future! 5 Star Review!!!
