High Point Apartment

We stayed 15 nights here in April 2025. Location was safe and quiet. Could not ask for more. Good value. Everything was as advertised or better.

Clean and cozy

I stayed her for a little over a week and the owner was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was great. The area is pretty quiet and close to grocery stores. I had no problems with anything. The shower had amazing water pressure. The bed was memory foam and very squishy. As a single woman living alone it felt pretty safe and very comfortable.

Warning!! Owner uses multiple platforms to book customers!!! We booked this rental 5 months ago with no trouble. 5 days ago we were sent the check in information for the stay. Upon arrival in High Point, we reached out to the owner to see if we could check in a little early. At that point the owner informed my wife and I that she uses multiple platforms to book guests and double booked us. No rental available. We were out of luck. No alternate accommodation was offered. No compensation for the fact that we then spent twice as much on a last minute hotel reservation. She couldn’t even refund us. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with VRBO in order to get my refund. This was Parents weekend at local university. So if you are going to book here you need to try to make sure the reservation is legit. Very disappointing.
