Waters Edge Condo 102N is a newly renovated two bedroom, two bath unit, located at 5808 Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach in a beach front complex. This much sought after complex features an elevator, large heated pool at gulf side, tennis court and a beach that is unparalleled. The balcony has a side view down to the beach, our sunsets can't be beat!

This unit has renovated bathrooms. Every amenity has been thought out to make your stay here a pleasure! There is a 37" television in the living room and the master bedroom has a 32" television.
Waters Edge 102N will sleep four with a king size bed and a Queen

This is a very popular Holmes Beach rental complex, so please book early.

Condo rules dictate a one month minimum rentals during the winter and two week minimum rentals through the rest of the year.

Parking is limited to two vehicles.

Beach retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is very clean & updated. Complex is also well maintained. Love the pool & Beach access. Condo is a tad over done with chatzki's & pillows. Had to move a lamp in closet out to living area for more lighting. TV can be a challenge to get to regular channels. Great location, close to many restaurants & trolley stop. Overall a comfortable condo.

Great Location on Holmes Beach but a bit noisy

The positives are the unit was extremely well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, the pool area was great and the location of the complex is ideal. The negative is the unit is the 1st unit from the street and can be a bit noisy at times, especially in the mornings.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: ThisWE102 condo was, by far, the most well appointed and comfortable condo we had enjoyed while on Anna Maria Island. Easy access to the beach and enjoyed the heated saltwater pool on cooler days. Very updated and efficient kitchen, open floor plan, also allowing privacy with the 2BR/2BA layout. Waters Edge condo building common area was well maintained, elevator was very helpful, and covered parking area.
