This home is the downstairs unit in a duplex situated in a quiet neighborhood just north of the hospital, with a shared, fully-fenced yard your pets will love. Fully-furnished with in-unit laundry and outdoor gas grill. Tile floors throughout. The primary bedroom hosts a queen-size bed and Smart TV. The second bedroom with full-size bed can double as a work-from-home space with a desk and fast wi-fi. Enjoy views of the Catalina Mountains from your living room!
Drive 5 minutes or less to Fry’s, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Target. Walk 10 minutes to the Loop, a local walking and biking trail along the Rillito River, or take a short drive north to dozens of hiking and mountain biking trails.
This home comes ready with pots, pans, and dishes; starter kitchen, bathroom, laundry and cleaning supplies; and everything you need to enjoy a nice BBQ on the back patio. Stay cool with central AC and a mini-split in the second bedroom.
