Fishers Family Oasis

Spread out in this spacious, newly updated, split level private home.
With one KING and 4 queen beds, this is the perfect space for teams and families traveling together. Centrally located to Downtown Fishers, you'll be minutes from the Nickel Plate trail, breweries, Target and the newly opened Fishers Event Center. Less than 30 minutes to downtown Indianapolis. This private back yard makes for a relaxing evening grilling on the back patio. Kick back and enjoy your stay!
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping on property. Guests will be charged a $500 smoking fee
- Any issues or concerns should be communicated with the host immediately.
- No furniture to be removed from the house.
- No pets. Pets seen on property or pet messes found in the house will be charged a $210 pet fee.
- No Parties allowed on property. This is a private residential area with 24/7 patrol by local law enforcement. Guests will be asked to leave.
- No outside guests. 10 people max.
- Don't forget to log out of the Roku!

Host was friendly but frustratingly slow to respond.Cookware was kinda poor, some pans were still dirty with lard.Advertised backyard grill ran out of gas midway through 2nd time using it.TV remote batteries all low charge.Smart thermostat a pain to use.Otherwise place was fine.

The location was perfect! The beds, bathrooms and space was great. The response time from the host was not immediate and that was not really helpful for us. We did find a broken chair on our arrival and the back door was open and unlocked. That was a little concerning for us considering we had small children staying with us. Also the ceiling fan in one of the rooms had the chain come off. The host did respond to this and let us know that the weather stripping had recently been replaced so that must have been why the door didn’t shut properly. Made us feel safer! Over all a great visit!!
