This site-only stay offers 110v electric and water hookups (no sewer), with plenty of space to spread out. Easy paved access means you won’t be navigating rough roads to get here, and you’ll be surrounded by wide-open skies, open meadows, and the laid-back rhythm of country living.

Wildlife is part of the charm here—it's not uncommon to spot deer grazing at dawn, wild turkeys strutting by, or hear the soft bleating of goats from our nearby barn. The land feels open and untamed, yet it's only a short drive to the entertainment, history, and outdoor adventures of the region.

In the morning, sip coffee with the sunrise and the peaceful sounds of nature. By evening, kick back with a cold drink under a blanket of stars. Whether you're here to ride, hike, sightsee, or just chill, this little slice of the Hills makes a perfect home base.

Speed Limit: 15mph in the neighborhood—guests will be asked to leave if speeding.

Buildings: Please do not enter the barn or other buildings.

Smoking: No smoking of any kind on the property.

Pets: No dogs allowed. Please contact us prior to booking if traveling with any other animals.

Parties: No parties or large gatherings.

Infants: This site is not suitable for infants.
