We are between Burt Lake and Mullett Lake. Whether you are planning a relaxing get away, family vacation, business trip, or are indulging in our change of seasons, we would love to have you! This Northern Michigan retreat is beautiful all year round. We are in walking distance from downtown Indian River.
The space
A comfortable two-bedroom cabin suitable for families or small groups. Each bedroom houses a queen bed, and the living area includes a sofa sleeper, accommodating up to 6 guests.
Fay Martin River Resort, located in Indian River, Michigan, is a historic retreat established in 1922. Situated on the famed Inland Waterway between Burt Lake and Mullett Lake, the resort spans 2.5 acres of landscaped grounds along the Indian River. The property offers seven riverfront cabins, each equipped with fully equipped kitchens, including microwaves and regular coffee pots. Fresh linens and towels are also provided for your stay.
In addition to lodging, Fay Martin River Resort offers a fleet of brand-new Avalon Tri-Toon pontoon boats for daily rental, allowing guests to explore the Inland Waterway. The resort is within walking distance of downtown Indian River, providing easy access to local dining and attractions. Free wireless internet access is available during your stay
