The kitchen opens to a large back deck for grilling alongside outdoor dining table and cozy seating. Plenty of outside seating available on two separate porches; enjoy Hull’s front-porch-friendly culture or relax on a more private backyard deck overlooking the large fenced in yard. A small office is available on the first floor with a French door offering privacy for work or naps. Newly refinished wood floors throughout. Owners couldn’t be more helpful: returning left items, resetting wi-fi, lending bicycles. Kitchen was nicely updated. Location was perfect. Additional basic kitchen condiments, paper and cleaning supplies would be appreciated.
