Our condo is in popular, family friendly Tower Shores, away from the crowds with your own private beach.
It is approximately 3 miles from downtown Bethany Beach and adjacent to Delaware Seashore State Park. It sleeps 6 comfortably with an open kitchen/ family room setting for all to meet.
There are two decks, one in the front and one in the back where you can eat dinner watching the sunset over the bay. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with sliders to the back deck. The rear bedroom also has access to the rear deck. The front bedroom has two twin beds and room for a pack n' play. There is parking available for up to three cars on the main level. In addition, there are two hot/cold outside showers.
The condo is equipped with central air; wi-fi, two TV's, stereo and a full kitchen with all the amenities.
There's a restaurant/bar within walking distance for Happy Hour or a delicious seafood dinner.
Bicycle paths will take you south to Bethany Beach, South Bethany and Fenwick Island. Going north, you can travel to Delaware Seashore state Park, Dewey Beach and Rehoboth. The bay is to your left, and the ocean is to your right. You couldn't ask for a better location!

I am an elementary school teacher in Pennsylvania. My dream was to own a condo on the beach that I could enjoy and have others enjoy as well. I have three adult children, two of which are married, and one grandchild who enjoys running down to the water and playing in the sand. The photo was taken at our yearly block party in August. All the residence on Bay Rd and guests are invited. I am on the extreme left wearing a blue luau skirt.
Why they chose this property
I bought this property because my family has enjoyed the Delaware shore for many years. We vacationed as a family every summer and my dream was to buy a home that we could enjoy year round. This development was perfect. It's family oriented with the beach 200 steps from our house. My car stays parked for the week since we can bike to stores and to town. The neighborhood is safe for children to ride their bikes without any danger. The neighbors are friendly and watch out for one another.
What makes this property unique
The thing that I fell in love with when I saw this property was the open feel and how bright and cheery it was. The front and back deck are extensions of the home where we can enjoy the cool breeze in the morning and the sunset at night. The decks are large enough to entertain our family and our guests. I also loved the outside showers where we can wash the sand and salt water off before we enjoy the rest of the day.
