Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I truly wish I had the opportunity to address these concerns while you were staying with us. We do everything we can to ensure our guests have a great experience, and most of these issues could have been resolved immediately had we known. A few notes regarding the items you mentioned: We had the property professionally treated for pests the Tuesday before your arrival. Because of the treatment, it’s possible that some dead insects appeared afterward despite our pre-arrival inspection. I also appreciate you bringing the wasp activity to my attention, and I’ll have our pest control company perform an additional inspection and treatment if needed. The ice maker was repaired with new parts just last week, so I’m disappointed to hear it still wasn’t producing ice. I’ll have it inspected again right away. The countertop was unfortunately damaged shortly before your stay, and I’m currently waiting to receive a repair date. I should have let you know in advance, and I apologize for not doing so. The GFCI outlets near the kitchen likely just needed to be reset, but had you let us know, we would have gladly walked you through it or sent someone over immediately. I genuinely appreciate your feedback because it helps us improve, and I’m sorry we fell short of the experience you expected.
