Positive: the neighborhood is very nice and extremely conveniently located, between Ebizu and Shibuya stations.The room was tiny, but with more than the average set of tools especially for cooking. Unfortunately, no space for more than one person to eat.(Very) Negative: Max, the host, gave us the instructions on how to find and access the building only as we where boarding the plane to Japan, after 2 months of asking. The entrance was difficult to find, and again, no answer to questions. The place is so stuffed that we could not find the sheets, or even the entrance to the balcony with the washing machine.Finally, it is December and the temperature in the room at night was 14C. Minimal heating. I don't know why Vrbo asks about "winery experience". There was none and none was promised.

The unit was in ok condition. It was clean but the fans didn't work, the light in the kitchen only worked sometimes and there was a lot of random stuff in there leading to a very lived in feel, like if we weren't there it could be someone's home.We were also never provided information on how to find the unit until I asked about it on the day of arrival, and when we did get the instructions, they directed us to the wrong unit.No information provided on where to find wifi, or general rules for the unit. Once we arrived I messaged the host (on three seperate occasions) to ask about wifi and our garbage, but they never responded to any of them.In the photos it made it seem like there were bunk beds to use then extra beds, but the top bunk was only to store the futons when not in use. Two people had to sleep on the floor, which was fine, but was not made clear in the description.
