Casa em Ubatuba

Foi ótima, fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo Renato(funcionário do Sr.Hicham) que nos ajudou muito. Estava tudo limpo, utensílios, cozinha , banheiro , toda a casa. Primeira casa que alugo que chego tinha água para beber, detergente, bucha, sabonete, papel higiênico, tapete no banheiro, forro nas mesas e até pano de prato. Sr.Hicham muito atencioso, muito comunicativo e a disposição. Com certeza voltaremos. Obrigada

Bem perto do mar. Perto de tudo.

A casa é boa, mas quando estivemos agora após o carnaval, choveu todos os dias e a casa apresentou goteiras no corredor e estava úmida, principalmente os móveis da sala. A localização é excelente, fica perto de tudo, mas tem um restaurante ao lado da casa e durante as 4 noite que ficamos, houve música ao vivo até as 2 da manhã, o que nos atrapalhou em momentos de assistirmos tv e também para dormirmos. Nós chegamos com 3 horas de atraso e a limpeza ainda estava sendo feita , precisamos ficar esperando na área da casa. Também não foi feito um check-in e check-out com o proprietário e posteriormente fomos questionados por telefone em relação a tela da porta que já estava danificada quando chegamos. O tempo não colaborou , mas quem sabe em dias de sol , nossa experiência tivesse sido melhor!!!

Ótima localização

Ficamos 5 dias na casa,fácil acesso,ótima localização, proprietario educado e prestativo,a casa fica próximo a farmácia,supermercado,pontos badalados. Gostei muito,a casa acaba sendo um pouco úmida por conta da árvore imensa do quintal,pode ser também que tenha sido por causa do excesso de chuva, no calor deve ser bem fresquinha,mais nada que tenha atrapalhado a nossa estadia, sr Richan, obrigado pela hospedagem,sua casa é uma graça, com todos os utensílios domésticos a disposição,só a garrafa de café que precisa de uma nova, acabei comprando uma para utilizar afinal sou viciada em café. Até a proxima! Abraços!

Frente al mar, con vista maravillosa, casa funcional, con todo lo que uno necesita. Cerca de todo ( bares, shopping, resto) volveria en mis proximas vacaciones.
