House with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, large L-shaped room with 3 rooms, large balcony in L. Very green, spacious yard, large gazebo with barbecue and wood oven. Quiet street, but with everything close. Easy getting out to several beaches and access roads. Several fruit trees. It is 180 meters from the main avenue and makes corner with another access route. Well equipped kitchen, containing two duplex refrigerators, microwave.
