Please do not adjust or move living room tv stand No pets of any kind ($300 fee for unauthorized pets)
Please use tv trays when eating in the living room. Trays located in kitchen between the fridge and stove. Please respect quiet hours (10pm-6am)
No unauthorized overnight guests without approval from host. Do not use door in kitchen. No smoking or vaping ($200 fee will be applied)
