A cozy and beautiful cottage with excellent ocean views! Jennifer was very communicative and kind. The cottage was clean and well-maintained. We did find the heat pumps to be quite loud in the space, and would suggest requesting or bringing a heavier blanket, as the one provided was very thin and we were cold even as New England natives. Overall a fantastic stay!
The Ferry Cottage is very charming and has a great view of the bay. The amenities are nice and the location was convenient to downtown Lincolnville.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're thrilled you enjoyed Ferry Cottage. You were lovely and respectful guests, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We'd love to welcome you back anytime you're visiting the area.
We had a lovely, quick stay! The view from the back deck is incredible. The place is spotless with cute touches and generous amenities. The host is very kind and greeted us when we arrived. Just know if you are a light sleeper, I would recommend bringing a white noise machine and/or ear plugs as you are right on Route 1! Overall, such a great place to stay.
Road noise, even with ear plugs, was a lot. Did not like having thermostat control. Host was responsive to remote temperature change request. The curtains and lack of curtains allow in too much light from passing cars and the sun. The bed was smaller than I expected. However it was mentioned in the description. The home itself was very beautiful and cozy. Nice view. Loved the books and board games available in the home. You can tell the host takes pride in their property.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We are delighted you found the home beautiful and cozy, and we sincerely apologize for the road noise and light intrusion, noting that the bed size and location constraints are accurately detailed in the listing as a trade-off for the lovely views you enjoyed.
