Pinecone Pond, nestled in Southern Vermont with its own pond and babbling brook

Come visit southern Vermont at this magical spot next to a babbling brook with a footbridge that leads to the back yard and pond. 10 minutes to Brattleboro, 30 minutes to Mt Snow and 40 minutes to Stratton, you’ll find plenty to do in the area whether skiing, hiking or shopping the farmers market or downtown Brattleboro.
There are 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. Enjoy the convenience of 2 bathrooms. We supply clean 100% cotton bed linens. We also supply 100% cotton duvet covers that are washed for each guest. We supply bath towels and wash cloths as well as outdoor towels for your use.
The large deck has plenty of seating along with a grill and picnic table.
Have some ping pong matches and movie nights in the walkout basement area.
Cozy up by the living room fireplace in the cold winter months.
Explore the Jelly Mill Falls about a mile down the road, or a little further to swim or hike the West River.
We have a fully stocked kitchen and we always will make sure you have coffee and cream for your first mornings.

Important info to have:
Guests must be able to use stairs.
The king bedroom is on the top floor with a steep staircase. The main bathroom is on the second floor along with the two queen bedrooms.
The main floor is the living room and kitchen. The second bathroom is on basement floor. There is no bathroom on main floor.
