3. MAX 10 guests. Only registered guest are permitted. No visitors. 4. No Smoking. Violators will be evicted immediately.
5. Respect quit hours from 9:00pm- 8:00am 6. Neighbor complaints: Action by guests that result police being called to the home will result $250 charge
