Overall, it was a nice condo and the communication between us and the owners was great!! However, it is advertised as 2 bedrooms, but it really isnt. What they consider the second bedroom is 2 small, narrow bunk beds built into the wall in the hallway as when you open the front door. They are barely big enough for a full sized adult. For that reason I feel the condo was too small for the price they charged. If you have 2 adults and 2 small children, the place is good. With that said, however, the condo was very clean and very well kept. It had all the kitchen items you needed to cook a regular meal including cookie sheets, along with several small appliances. The furniture was all in great shape and well placed in the condo. Even though you cannot see the beach from the balcony because of the tall sand dunes, it was beautiful sitting on the balcony listening to the waves crash while we ate dinner. We didn't use them, but the owner does provide beach chairs, boogie boards and a beach umbrella. Even though it is considered the "First Floor", there are 10 steps to climb to get up to the condo. It was difficult carrying all the heavy suitcases and coolers up 10 steps. I don't recall anyone saying anything about steps, but I could be wrong. It was not until the last day that we realized there was a ramp at the other end of the building that you could pull your wagon full of stuff up, and come in from the back of the property instead of dragging stuff up 10 stairs.
