Vineyard Retreat on Grand Island Sacramento Delta

Surrounded by vineyards in the heart of the Sacramento Delta, the Seymour Ranch Camp House offers a special retreat to a little-known part of California. Relax on the patio, enjoy a fire pit overlooking the vines, walk the fields, go fishing or birdwatching, or help feed the chickens and collect eggs. A public boat ramp just a mile away makes it easy to launch your boat for waterskiing or fishing. The historic town of Locke is just minutes away and numerous wineries dot the countryside.
The Camp House at Seymour Ranch is a three-bedroom, two bath farm house with views across 200 acres of vineyards and the 100-year-old barn. The house is fully furnished with all amenities, including an outfitted kitchen, A/C and free wifi. The front patio and back deck are furnished with a barbeque and outdoor dining.
This property is rural agricultural with the nearest local market 6 miles away in the old town of Walnut Grove. We recommend sourcing your groceries in Elk Grove or Lodi where the nearest supermarkets, vet, hospitals and other amenities are about 45 minutes away. Ample off-road parking for boats, jets skis, etc., and an EV charging station. The property has no stairs.
-If you need more space to sleep friends and family, please inquire about our additional guest accommodations; we have additional rental listings on this property.
- We also offer an RV pull through space with water and electric hookups (no dump station) for an additional rate: $75 per stay.

As this property is a registered and permitted Farm Stay, events and gatherings are required to be registered with the local zoning department, which requires additional services and amenities be provided by the property owner. We do work with our guests to provide requested accommodations and amenities for an additional rate. A venue agreement including specific details, fees for services and amenities provided, as well as a waiver of liability must be completed by the guest and owners. Please inquire for more details.
This is a working farm in a rural setting, so be aware that farm equipment (usually small tractors) may make their rounds in the adjacent fields. Guests may walk the perimeter of the fields but farm workers have the right of way.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be advised, there is a pool at the Main Farm House and a hot tub at the Cabin, neither of which are gated or locked.
Please keep children from wandering the property unsupervised, pets must be on-leash.
This is an active farm. Please be alert to workers and farm vehicles. They have right of way.

Lovely home with all the accommodations we could ask for. Big hit for us was farm fresh eggs, fresh fruit and quiet serenity of the farm. I heard our guests give a relaxing sigh after sitting for a bit.
