The location was perfect for us near downtown Durham. We enjoyed the backyard because we had a little dog and it was ideal because it was fenced in comfortable beds and it had everything we needed.

Clean & Comfy Home in a Quiet Location

I stayed here for 4 days & everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the WiFi worked well & all appliances worked. The walls between townhomes are thick & bedrooms have black-out curtains to block sunlight for late sleepers. The VRBO host replied quickly to questions I had.

The home was very nicely decorated, seemed to be newly renovated. It was stocked with everything we could have needed. All looked great. The beds were very comfortable. Shower was hot. I would note to future guests that there is a train that travels behind the home. Not a big deal, just wanted to let others know.
