About this property

Ski in/out, new 8-man chairlift, renovated.

Newly remodeled SKI IN/SKI OU! Check out our video’s, virtual tours and photo's. Also, read our reviews! Our family condo (Units 676) is located on what will be the new high speed 8 man lif! This condo has access to both Green/Blue and Black level hills with a ' true' ski in/ski out on the Disciples Ridge chairlift. Many of the condos may say 'ski in/ski out' but there are only a few that are. Also, our condo has been fully updated and renovated in '22 with new flooring, countertops, bathroom vanities, furniture and decor.

The Disciples Village condo has 3 levels and the lower walkout is a separate owners suite that can be combined to make it a 4 bedroom/4 bath condo that sleeps up to 16. We have a full floor plan diagram in our pictures.

* The Master Bedroom Suite is on the main level and has a king size bed and a private bathroom with digital cable, flat screen tv.

*The family room on the main level offers a pull out couch for additional sleeping.

* The Guest Room is also on the main level and has 2 full beds and is next to the main bath with a digital cable, flat screen TV.

* The loft has been remodeled and closed off to make it a separate and private upper level. It has 2 full beds and a private full bath.

* The lower level has a large bedroom with a 2 Queen Size beds and a full bath.

*One of the lower level couches offers a pull out bed for additional sleep space.

The main level has a 50' LED HD flat screen TV complete with all cable channels (HBO, ESPN, Big Ten Network, etc.) full kitchen including dishes, pots/pans utensils coffee maker, lots of windows, tall ceilings and a gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The lower level is a true walkout with a 50' HD LED flat screen tv complete with all digital cable channels (HBO, ESPN, Big Ten Network, etc.) and has nice windows and a slider that opens to a patio and the slopes. It has a full kitchen with a 3 person eating bar, 6 person table and a nice living area. The lower level has a stacked washer & dryer.

We do not rent to two parties at the same time.

We have stayed in a number of the Disciples condos and find them all to be similar and enjoyable on the main and upper level. The lower levels have a variety of configurations. Our condo is configured for family living space and nice overflow space from upstairs...rather than lots of additional bedrooms. (See the diagram of our condo in the photos).

You will find our Disciples Condo to be nicely decorated with new linens and duvets, , well equipped, in great condition and very clean.

The pricing is for both the main upper condo in the 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom configuration (sleeps 10-12) and the 1 bedroom/1 bath owner's unit (sleeps 4-6).

Perfect getaway

For the parents, the golf and day trips to Bay Harbor, Petoskey, Charlevoix, Mackinaw Island and Lake Michigan let us enjoy a 'new' vacation each week and weekend we come to visit. With an active family, the slopeside 'true' ski in/ski out allows the everyone the ability to enjoy the skiing at their own pace. If the kids are hungry, they can just ski in for a snack or lunch. Most enjoyable is just watching the skiers from the deck.
