The stunning architectural lines of the home will draw you in and have you loving every aspect, from the vaulted ceiling of the "happy room" off the kitchen and dining area, to the stone façade, and the three levels of living, there is something for everyone. With views from most rooms in the home, the 1.8 acres of property, lots of room to recreate outside as well as by the water, and the large party deck off the back of the home. Watercraft not included in rental. Public beach accessible nearby, minutes walk from the home.

Such a beautiful home with a lot of space. It can sleep 11 in beds and at least 4 more with couches. From the property you are only a short walk to the lake and they have all the amenities for a relaxing weekend and is located only minutes from beautiful downtown Boyne City. I will definitely be planning another stay here!

Large, clean home in a great location with views of Lake Charlevoix and proximity to downtown Boyne City. Very accommodating and responsive hosts! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wedding Weekend Getaway

Our family along with two other couples and our adult kids stayed two nights while we were up North for our friend’s son’s wedding. The house worked well for our entire group.

Great Place to Gather

We had a blast staying here, it was the perfect get away for our group of friends especially for various members who have never been to northern Michigan. The are in a loved home and you can tell. The house is just a short walk from there dock where we spent all day floating in the water. Great outdoor space in the front and back as well

Weekend Stay in Boyne

This was a great house for the weekend stay with our group of 9. Close to Boyne Mountian where we took the kids to Avalanche Bay Waterpark. House was plenty big enough for 2 families (9 total people). Plenty of bed and bedrooms for everyone and it didn’t feel cramped at all. House has all the amenities needed for a great stay. Hosts were responsive and quick to answer any questions we have. Would recommend staying here.

Perfect

This property was beautiful, spacious, and cozy, and the hosts were so accommodating and VERY responsive. It’s minutes from downtown Boyne City, and not far from other amazing destinations (Charlevoix, Petosky, Mackinac, etc). The amenities were great, and the house was clean and welcoming! Would definitely stay again, and highly recommend! Bonus…. Gorgeous fire pit and a few minutes walk from their property on the water!

Great house, perfect location !

Loved our stay here, the house is even better than the pictures! The location is truly incredible, easy to get to town (walking distance if you’re up for a little walk!) and also close to the water with beautiful water views from the main bedroom and front porch. Only quirk is that the upstairs bathroom that serves two bedrooms (bunk room that sleeps 4 and a queen bedroom) has just a bathtub but no shower, so we all had to use the shower in the master bedroom or down in the basement. Not a deal breaker by any means, but we couldn’t tell that was the set up from the posting. It was great to have private access to the lake, use of the grill, and plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. We would definitely stay here again!

Okay, not great

Booked this stay for a long weekend ski vacation with friends. Location and views absolutely beautiful. However, rest of the process was rough. Host very kindly allowed us early check in, however, security system went off when we entered and cops showed up questioning us on why we were in the house. Hosts were not picking up phones (got a hold of 30 min later). Smelly trash was left in the kitchen (from lasts guests??). And then we couldnt find the outdoor trash can and ended up having to unbury the trash can from 3 ft of snow and bring it up the VERY long, steep driveway. Hosts were very kind when we were able to get in contact, but overall experience was subpar.
