For Convenience there is a Community Shopping Cart under the stairs to help with unpacking & using the Elevator to carry up all your luggage & provisions.

Please note: Linens are included with your reservation and your beds will be made prior to your arrival. Also a Welcome Bag will be waiting for you upon your arrival with starter supplies which includes 2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, dish sponge, small shampoo and conditioner with bar of soap, make up remover, and 2 bottles of water.

- Must be 25 years or older to rent property; failure to follow this rule will end in tenant(s) removal from property and forfeiture of rent money

- Limit of 2 dogs -**A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. If you break house rules and bring more than 2 dogs, a $500 pet fee will be charged. Dogs are NOT allowed on any furniture or beds. Failure to follow this will result in additional cleaning charges.
