2 BR/2BA - BR1:1K, BR2:1Q, Den -- 1Q Sleeper Sofa -- Spectacular view of the ocean and pier from this duplex property located right next to the Ocean Crest pier and Island Way restaurant. Direct beach access.

Open living, dining, and kitchen, covered porch, W/D, D/W, 5G WIFI, smart TV, and H/C outside shower. Den includes a 55" Samsung smart TV and Master includes a 32" Roku smart TV. Master has adjoining, private bathroom.

Separate entry steps and a wall on the porch provide privacy from other guests.
Linens and check-out cleaning service are included in your rental.

No smoking. No pets.

This home is a duplex configuration, and may be rented as either side or as the whole house. Individual sides are listed as properties 9383692 and 9383697.

The house faces due South, so at certain times of the year you can watch both the sunrise and sunset over the water. The view of the pier, where surfers also congregate, is one of the things that makes this house special.

Excellent location next to Ocean Crest Pier, central to Oak Island shops and attractions. Easy oceanfront access and well kept property. Both sides were occupied and couple next door were friendly & did not hear one another during stay. Inclusion of bedding a big plus for a quick stay. Would book again.

Not completely renovated as the description described. Had a smoker next to us outside on their deck. Pretty hard to enjoy the deck. Obviously was smoking inside also as their smoke alarm went off several times. However, the view was priceless.

We have removed the words "completely renovated" from the description. You can see the work we have done from the pictures including new appliances, new flooring, and new showers. The property is a non-smoking property and we have signs posted on the premises. In the future, if guests observe other guests smoking, please let us know immediately and we will try to remedy the situation.

the beach cannot be seen d/t the sand dunes. You can see the water in the distance but only a tiny glimpse of the waves...can't see the actual beach/sand. Had enuf towels and sheets

Can't beat the beach front location and right next to a fantastic restaurant on the fishing pier. House was clean and decorated perfectly for the beach. Loved our stay and would stay again.

Early Spring Stay

We were there in early spring -- not crowded -- the property is lovely and porch overlooking the beach is wonderful. It's a short walk to Island Way, a great restaurant. We would stay there again.
