From "Ludington Lookout" enjoy a bird's eye view of the marina, car ferry, Waterfront Park, hot tub & pool. This 3rd floor 3-BR, 2-BA, 1645 sq. ft. corner unit boasts the largest floor plan at One Ludington Place. 2-king beds & 2-sets of bunk beds sleep 8 in comfort & luxury. Master suite includes an oversized shower & soaking tub. Fully equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace, & separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer provide all you need for a carefree getaway. Activities abound with the beautiful beach & lighthouse just 5-blocks away. Parks, shops & over a dozen nice restaurants are within a much shorter walk. Rainy day entertainment includes 3-HDTV's, 2-DVD players, an i-Pod docking station, as well as many books, puzzles & games. Gas grills are located in the "common area" for all to use. Bed, bath & kitchen linens are provided. **NOTE**: Summer peak 7 (seven) night minimum Saturday to Saturday. In the Spring, Fall, and off season there is a 3 (three) night minimum. Callfor reservations or questions.

Pool is seasonal and generally open from Memorial - Labor Day weekend. Subject to change without notice.

Great family stay!

We had an amazing vacation! We had 4 adults and 2 children and all had plenty of room. The location was perfect - 5 minutes to downtown restaurants and shopping and 10-15 minutes to the beach. The pool was clean and the property grounds were well kept. We felt very safe with the entry codes required to enter the building. There are some outdated features in the condo but it was clean and our small issue was addressed quickly! We will be back next year!

Great view and condo was very large, over 1600 sq feet - more than enough for our family of 5 and could easily hold a few more! Best stocked kitchen we have ever found in a vacation rental. Condo right downtown overlooking pool and harbor. Would definitely stay again. Pool was rather cold, however.

Great location

Great location for this condo. Walking distance to downtown, beach & marina. The place was set up nicely and everything was clean and ready for us. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker could be replaced but adequate. There were several marks on some of the walls, scuffs that probably would come off easily. Very helpful ziplocs and foil and dishwasher and washer detergent supplied! The second bedroom has a nice King size bed very comfortable. The master bedroom could use a new mattress as the sides sloped down from the middle. Overall nice vacation!

The surfaces were clean, but bathroom/kitchen drawers & cabinets needed a wipe down. You don’t want to see hair (bathroom) or crumbs (kitchen) in drawers and cabinets. Our only major issue was we couldn’t use the balcony due to significant bird droppings. We cleaned it up initially but it was hard to keep up w/ volume & frequency. So instead, we limited our use of this outdoor space. This would lead me to choose a different property the next time we are in Ludington.

This condo is close to downtown shopping, the marina & park, a short walk to Sterns beach. Having a condo was great for making meals for our family. We used the on-site grill a few nights. Having a pool was nice! The only “problem” we had was our kids were told they couldn’t jump into the pool. It wasn’t a huge deal but they are little and didn’t understand.

Wonderful, cozy condo

We always enjoy our stay in Ludington. Unfortunately, the weather was pretty nasty this time. So we were very grateful that we stayed in this beautiful condo with it's wonderful gas fireplace and views of Lake Michigan.

The unit was exceptional!

Very clean, well stocked kitchen, linens, appliances, and entertainment items for all ages! View was great and was walking distance to town and Waterfront park! Very Cozy

We loved this property! We enjoyed walks on the beach, and loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants. We also enjoyed watching The Badger go out and come in each day, from our window! Our weekend was a bit chilly, so we really enjoyed the fireplace! Property is just as described. Would definitely come again!!

Reviewer Comments: Exceptionally clean and well maintained unit with all the kitchen ware needed to prepare meals and BBQ on the grills outside the clubhouse. Comfortable beds with fans in each bedroom to keep air moving during the night. Loved proximity to town, Stearns Park Beach, Band Shell for concerts, and Badger docking. Brittany and Nicki were outstanding in handling our reservation, check-in and return of security deposit.
