SPACIOUS TWO STORY CONDO -STUNNING LAKE VIEWS - INDOOR POOL - PLENTY OF ROOM!

A minimum stay of seven (7) days is required with check in day of Saturday during peak season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). During the off season we are able to be flexible with the check in day.

If you are interested in reserving this beautiful condo please submit your request anytime Sunday through the end of business on Friday so we are able to respond to your request promptly.

Views from this 2,200 s.f. condo are spectacular, overlooking Lake Michigan to the West, and the City of Ludington to the North. Located on the 4th and 5th floors of the building, this unit features outdoor terraces on each level. This is the project architect's personal unit, with cherry hardwood floors, an open kitchen with granite counter tops, spacious living and dining areas, den/guest room, walk-in closets, pantry and bathroom with a two person tiled shower and large whirlpool tub. The upper level consist of a loft/family area, two more bedrooms, laundry room, full bath and a spacious terrace overlooking Lake Michigan.

After a day at the beach, an afternoon playing in the indoor pool, or shopping downtown; return to your amazing condo to watch the S.S. Badger come in, view a magnificent sunset or enjoy your favorite D.V.D or show on the large wide screen T.V. in the family room.

Great Ludington Propery

A great family vacation

We all loved our stay at the Harbor Terrace Condo. Packing for the one week stay was much easier since so many things were provided. There was plenty of room for family members to gather and when needed spread out to have their own space. The teens enjoyed being near the Ludington activities and we all enjoyed the views of the Water Front Park, Harbor View Marina and, of course, the channel, the Lighthouse and the "Big Lake". We are all looking forward to another stay.

Perfect Location

This condo is is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the amazing Harbor view including Carferry activity, Ludington Lighthouse and Lake Michigan. This condo is within walking distance of all of downtown Ludington and close enough to walk to Stearns Park if you do not feel like parking. Plenty of room to have a quiet place to read while other are playing board games etc.

Expectations met the listing

My family had a great time. It’s located in the heart of town so we only drove when we needed groceries. We brought a boat and enjoyed the convenience of renting a slip in the marina across the street. The kids loved having a pool in the building. We’d consider this as a vacation rental again.

Ludington Luxury!

This unit was in a building that I had stayed in the previous year; I enjoyed the location so much I rented this one as my niece was also staying in the prior unit with her family. I will say, the amenities were great; one of the best stocked/equipped kitchens I have ever had the pleasure of cooking in; and the furnishings were also plentiful (towels, tissue, toilet paper, etc). Great location, walking distance to the beach, the marina, and downtown. The jacuzzi tub was the only disappointment, as it did not work.

Perfect Stay

My brother/his kids and my family enjoyed a wonderful week long vacation. The unit was well appointed, comfortable and clean. It provided a spot for the tween and teens to hang out and another area for the adults which was nice late night. The pool was such a bonus. The location of the unit is perfect walking distance to restaurants, ,House of Flavors (ice cream!), and the park. We were able to watch the sunset every night from the balcony or the beach. Thanks for sharing your awesome place with us.

Great property, perfect for our family with young kids

We absolutely loved our stay in the condo. It was a perfect location - rarely used the car as everything was walkable. It fit our family of five with three kids (ages 9, 6, 3). Library, park, children’s museum, restaurants, shops, live music, ice cream - all short walks. Beach is walkable too but a bit much for a 3 year old. The condo is very spacious and well stocked - more so than any place I’ve stayed at before. We used the indoor pool a lot - a great amenity when it was rainy. There was an issue with the AC at check in but the host worked promptly to resolve - always nice when the host cares and is communicative. We are looking forward to staying again!

My family and I stayed in this 2-story condo the week of August 22nd. The views from this condo are beautiful and it was especially nice to have a separation of living spaces with the two levels. It is in close proximity to town, restaurants and beach. There were a variety of games available for the whole family to enjoy. Prior to our check-in date, I had several questions for the owner and appreciated his quick reply and answers- so the communication was great. Areas that we felt could have made our stay 5-star: *grill- there was not a grill available, we were aware of this prior to booking, but we love to grill on vacation and missed being able to do it. *table- there were no tables on either of the balconies. It would have been nice to have had a table to put your beverages or a snack on. *cleanliness- I felt there were areas of the condo that were not attended to; dusty tables, kitchen counter was sticky, carpets /floor could have been cleaner. Overall, we had a very nice stay here. This year we booked a sunset cruise and it was an excellent way to see other areas of Ludington. We have been coming to Ludington for the past 7 years and love the town, the beach and beauty of Lake Michigan.

Another Great Stay

This was our sixth time staying in this condo, and once again we had a great time. The building is within walking distance of town (restaurants, shops, ice cream!). The beach is also close. The indoor pool is great for the rainy days. The views of the harbor, Badger and sunsets are fantastic. The unit is clean and well equipped.

A Great Place

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Both stays have been in August and both included my wife and I, our daughter and her husband, and their kids. My kids live in Ludington and my son-in-law was working, so he was more of a visitor. First, the view. You look directly out on the harbor, the entrance to the harbor which includes the famous Ludington lighthouse, and Lake Michigan. Both floors have large windows that present this view spectacularly. A particular bonus, especially for my 8-year old grandson, is the coming and going of the Badger – a car ferry between Ludington and Manitowoc, WI. Even in this Covid disrupted year we saw a morning sailing and an evening arrival. My grandson logged the Badger’s comings and goings. The sunsets are beautiful, but in the summer the sun is far enough north that you do not see the final disappearance at the horizon. Second, the location. The area is a little south of downtown. James Street is the eastern border of the condos. Ludington Bay Brewery (mask sticklers) is just a half-block away. Downtown shopping is just a few blocks north. However, for us, Waterfront Park is just block north and is a great park. There is a wonderful play structure for the kids, and wide-open space for kite flying. You can easily join the natives at 7:00 PM to get a view of the Badger (400 feet of last century steamship technology) sailing directly at you and then doing an about face to back into her slip. They also see some large and impressive private yachts. Finally, access to the beach and the state park is a short drive. Third, the condo itself. We had the master downstairs. My daughter and her kids had the two bedrooms upstairs. There is an additional sitting area upstairs and a drafting table that doubles as a computer desk. The router and the internet connection are both excellent and gave me easy VPN access to my home network. The owner has provided a printer if you need one. There are balconies that open off each floor. They are on the north side of the building. There are many books and games. There is also a well-equipped kitchen and various things to facilitate a trip to the beach such as beach chairs, beach towels, and a good stroller. In fact, you can tell that this place is used by the owners and has the things that they find useful. Finally, there is a garage for one car and a spot for a second car. It does not get much better than that. We will be back.

Love Ludington!

Ludington is an amazing town with something for everyone! We also enjoy some short day trips and other local things to do. This condo is a great location and has the BEST view in town overlooking the Harbor, the Badger coming and going, and amazing sunsets over Lake Michigan. What a trip!

The best of Ludington can be seen from one of the two deck or right outside the huge windows.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo. The condo was so clean and modern. Everything was very comfortable and spacious. I enjoyed the convenience of the parking garage and the feeling of security. The view was just amazing. It was fun to watch all the activity in the harbor and of course the spectacular sunsets. All the residents were very friendly which made it extra nice. I would rent this again without hesitation

We enjoyed this condo and it's location. I believe it will be perfect, once the sofa bed in the third bedroom is replaced by a real bed.I would be rating it a 5! Other than that ,we were perfectly content in the condo and it's accommodations.Thanks to the owners.
