This condo was completely renovated in 2019 to accommodate an additional den/bedroom with twin bed and now 2 bathrooms. The condo features an open kitchen with all essentials you could need on your holiday.

This Ultimate Oceanfront condo, Number 22 has arguably the best views around. Situated in a uniquely forward position 10 feet from the beach, and boasting more than 180 Degrees of uninterrupted views up and down the beach. An outdoor seating area can be used as your beachfront patio.

Only a 5-10 minute walk to Camana Bay with upscale shopping, dining, coffee shops, ice cream shops, deli's, views of the North Sound, 3 story scenic overlook and our only movie theater on island.

Seven Mile based watersports operators offer courtesy pick up right from the condo. Take a day trip to Rum point, visit the Turtle Farm, take a stroll through the Botanical Gardens, or drivearound the island.

We will be happy to give you our suggestions to make your vacation the most it can be! Please note that the beach can change seasonally and based on weather conditions. It can sometimes retreat to the seawall, but you will always have oceanfront seating with umbrellas and chaise lounges on the elevated oceanfront central area.
