AMAZING Beach…Comfortably Sleeps 7...

While vacationing in Grand Cayman, enjoy an exquisite panoramic view of the world famous Seven Mile Beach from the Lanai of Unit #32. From a distance, you can watch the cruise ships dock in Georgetown each morning and evenings can be spent gazing as the sun slowly sets over the magnificent Caribbean Sea. The entire unit was renovated a few years ago with beautiful granite, new modern bathrooms and all new furniture and beds. The condo is decorated in a tropical beach style with your comfort and relaxation in mind.
There are 3 “Smart” flat screen televisions …a 60” TV in the Living Area, a 40” TV in the Master Bedroom and a 32” TV in the Second Bedroom. Wi-Fi is available to keep you connected. The unit sleeps 7 comfortably …the Master Bedroom has a upholstered King Bed, the Second Bedroom has both a Queen Bed and a Twin Bed, and the sofa in the Living Area pulls out to be a Queen Bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all of the amenities of a modern kitchen. There is a Washer/Dryer in the unit for added convenience. Snorkeling equipment in a variety of sizes from child to adult is available in the condo. Come to Discovery Point Unit #32 and find your Caribbean oasis.

We had an amazing week at Discovery Point. The condo was clean, well appointed and directly on the most beautiful beach. You could snorkel off the beach or swim/walk up to Cemetary Beach. We would stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Discovery Point in Grand Cayman! The condo exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spotless upon arrival and incredibly well-maintained.The kitchen was fully stocked—truly one of the best-equipped we’ve experienced. We cooked many meals during our stay and had everything we needed, which made it feel like a home away from home.The view from the condo was simply breathtaking. The sunsets were unforgettable—we enjoyed several dinners on the patio while watching the sun dip into the ocean, and it was a highlight of our trip.The beach was equally impressive: soft white sand, plenty of lounge chairs, and never crowded. Snorkeling right from the beach was outstanding, with clear water and great marine life.We also loved having access to the pickleball courts—such a fun bonus!Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and we are already looking forward to returning next year! Highly recommend!!

We’ve stayed in a lot of condos and this one was one of the best. The daily maid service is over the top, but much appreciated with the Sandy location. Kitchen is stocked with everything you can think of and the location does not get better.

Great location on quiet , sandy part of seven mile beach with great snorkeling right off shore. Small complex has a great pool and hot tub and daily cleaning service. Unit 32 was clean and comfortable just as advertised

Last minute family trip

Had a great stay, view from balcony was amazing. The complex is older but it is very clean and very well maintained. The unit is in great shape and kitchen has everything we needed. We had lots of lovely beach walks, sunsets and family time.

My husband, Gil and I grew up in the Philadelphia area and met on the beach in Strathmere, New Jersey. We both love to be close to the ocean. We have been married for over 30 years and are the proud parents of two wonderful sons, Gilbert, Jr. and Jason. Our sons both graduated from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia and currently reside in the Washington, DC area. Our youngest son, Jason married his soulmate, Laura in October 2018. Our oldest, Gilbert is engaged to Sandra, his other half. Gil and I live about 30 miles west of Philadelphia in the picturesque town of Chester Springs, Pennsylvania. Our family business is selling industrial valves and process control equipment in Exton, Pennsylvania.

Why they chose this property

Grand Cayman is our home away from home. Our first visit to Grand Cayman was in 1992 and we fell in love with the have returned almost every year for a week or two. Last year we decided it was time to invest in this Caribbean Paradise and we chose to buy in Discovery Point Club. We had been renting condos in Discovery Point Club for over 10 years. The property is meticulously maintained and the office is professionally staffed.

What makes this property unique

Grand Cayman is one of the premier diving destinations in the world. The snorkeling is fabulous as well. Discovery Point Club is only a couple hundred yards up the beach from Cemetery Reef, one of the best snorkeling sites on the island.

On Seven Mile Beach, Discovery Point Club's pool and hot tub sit closer to the beautiful Caribbean Sea than the other resorts in the area.
