Ich hatte eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Sonnenschein und blauem Himmel, auf der Dachterrasse konnte man die schönsten Sonnenaufgänge und Sonnenuntergänge anschauen und den Blick aufs Meer genießen, das Appartement war sehr gut eingeerichtet, ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt, auch der Außengrill war super zum Grillen mit Freunden, ich werde wiederkommen

Penthouse Conil - gern wieder

Wir haben in der Wohnung im Okt./Nov. 24 vier schöne Wochen verbracht. Besonders gut hat uns die Lage zwischen Strand und Altstadt gefallen - alles fußläufig in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Terrasse mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Altstadt von Conil und einer Dachterrasse, von der aus man über den gesamten Strand vor Conil überblickt und einen herrlichen Blick auf die Sonnenuntergänge hat. Die Fotos sind zutreffend. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ausreichend und gut ausgestattet. Das Wlan ist gut und stabil. Sie ist gut heizbar, man friert auch in kälteren Nächten nicht. Der Vermieter Adolfo steht mit "Insider-tipps" zur Verfügung. Check-In und Check-Out waren völlig problemlos- Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir für vier weitere Wochen im Frühjahr 2025 gebucht haben.

De locatie is goed. Het appartement kan een renovatie en een upgrade gebruiken. De wanden en plafonds vertonen sporen van lekkage. De keuken is weliswaar geen design keuken, maar is redelijk compleet. Jammer dat het serviesgoed een allegaartje is en veel kleine beschadigingen heeft. De badkamer is onhygiënisch en zou compleet vervangen moeten worden; veel schimmel, veel vieze kalkresten, beschadigde toiletbril en gore luchtafvoer. Onacceptabel! Het is weliswaar geen penthouse, maar het heeft een dakterras/solarium. Dit zou ongelooflijk mooi ingericht kunnen worden, maar dat is het helaas niet. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Concluderend: slechte prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Badkamer onacceptabel.

Sehr gute Lage

Wohnung liegt sehr nahe am Meer/Strand und man ist dennoch in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. Kontakt und Check-in war äusserst freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Dachterasse hat eine schöne Aussicht, leider keinen Sonnenschutz.

Tolle Unterkunft in bester Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Es gibt zwei Dachterassen und viel Platz draussen. Die Heizung hat uns im März gut gewärmt. Gutes Internet gab es auch. Wir waren etwas überrascht, dass wir zusätzlich und vorab noch einen Mietvertrag unterschrieben sollten. Wir sollten die Status quittieren, waren aber leider noch in Deutschland. Der Prozess ist etwas eigenartig, aber wir haben uns dann einigen können (daher ein Punkt Abzug). Ansonsten war es ein toller Aufenthalt!

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne und sonnige Wochen in Conil verbracht. Die kleine Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse auf den Atlantik war fantastisch. Zum Strand und bis zur Ortsmitte sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Die Abwicklung verlief reibungslos, sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Vielen Dank!

nice little clean apartment on the upper floorwith two large terraces with a beautiful view. 100 m to the sea and a minute to the centre. The kitchen is modern und you find nearly everything you need. Only drawback: You hear some noice through the ceiling from the other appartement. If You really need it silent, it might be a problem. Also there is a really huge and sometimes loud construction site right bevor the appartement. I would have wished an information about that as a good and fair communikation. nette kleine saubere Wohnung im Obergeschoss mit zwei großen Terrassen mit schöner Aussicht. 100 m zum Meer und eine Minute zum Zentrum. Die Küche ist modern und Sie finden fast alles, was Sie brauchen. Einziges Manko: Man hört etwas Lärm durch die Decke aus der anderen Wohnung. Wenn Sie es wirklich ruhig brauchen, könnte es ein Problem sein. Außerdem gibt es direkt vor der Wohnung eine wirklich riesige und manchmal laute Baustelle. Eine Information darüber hätte ich mir als gute und faire Kommunikation gewünscht.

Fantastic vacation

We had a wonderful time in Conil and our stay in Adolfo's apartment was perfect. The kitchen was well equiped, the bedroom and living area were comfortable and it felt like home. The terrace provided a great view of Conil and the sun deck looked out over the ocean! It was a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk into town. Adolfo is a great host. He provided us with valuable local information and was helpful in any way that he could be. We definitely hope to come back sometime soon and would definitely book this flat again.

A lovely home in Conil

A great apartment, perfectly situated in beautiful Conil. We will definitely come back again it was that good. All the facilities were good except the safe wasn’t available due to the key being lost but the apartment feels very secure. Parking is easy at the time we went and the position gives easy walking access to two beaches and the town.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem kleinen und sehr schönen Appartement von Adolfo & Rocío. Es ist gemütlich, wurde kürzlich renoviert und ist mit modernen Geräten ausgestattet. Wir haben die Dachterrasse gerne genutzt und viele der Urlaubstipps der beiden Gastgeber umgesetzt.
