No repetiríamos

Cuando llegamos nos recibió otra persona que lo primero que hizo fue decirnos que llegábamos tarde, lo cual después de 7h de viaje y un atasco nos pareció inapropiado. Después de decirle que nos habíamos retrasado sólo 20' de la hora orientativa de llegada que le habíamos dado, nos enseñó por encima la casa sin explicarnos nada, nos emplazó a contactar con la propietaria si teníamos dudas y se marchó. De la propietaria no supimos nada hasta el día antes de marcharnos que nos escribió para recordarnos que la hora máxima de salida era las 11:00h. Respecto a la casa, sólo podemos decir que bien, sin más, eso si, ya puedes ir bien equipado porque salvo el mobiliario y el menaje no encontrarás gran cosa, es la primera vez que nos toca ir al supermercado a comprar incluso productos de limpieza además de otras cosas básicas como papel de aluminio, servilletas, sal o jabón para la lavadora... Ni siquiera encontramos juegos de toallas completos para las 3 personas que fuimos. La limpieza bueno, aceptable, quitando que tuvimos que limpiar el microondas que estaba sucio, además de oxidado. En fin, entendemos que no estábamos reservando un hotel 5 estrellas, pero la atención y el detalle por parte de la propietaria no nos ha gustado. Como último detalle, el último día apareció por la noche en el patio una gatita con collar y le escribimos para saber si la conocía, no nos contestó.

Le logement est situé en dehors de ville, dans un hameau de petites villas .. Ce qui est fort agréable puisque de grande tranquilité...situé à 15 minutes à pied d une petite crique ou à 10 minutes en voiture d une plage de sable fin de 7km de long... L appartement est propre, décoré avec goût ... Aux couleurs de l Andalousie... Il ne manque rien .. Tout est en bon état... Si ce n est ajouter un lave vaisselle... Une entrée, une terrasse, jardin et parking privatif...on se sent chez soi et sécurisés...J ai passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette région accompagnée de mes trois enfants...Merci aux propriétaires fort sympathiques..et salutations...

¡Muy recomendable! La casa es preciosa, muy bien amueblada y equipada (¡no se hecha en falta nada!). El jardín, aunque compartido, es muy agradable. La localización cerca del pinar y a 15-20 minutos andando de la Cala del Aceite es insuperable. La comunicación con la dueña ha sido fácil y fluida. ¡Gracias, Virtudes!

We hebben erg genoten van het huis. Prachtige omgeving. Heerlijk om te wandelen.

Wij zijn hier geweest van 13 november tot 13 december 2019. Onze ervaring in dit huis was super. Het is ruim en heeft twee goede slaapkamers. Een prima keuken en wat wij erg fijn vonden een goede houtkachel (hout is in de buurt te koop).Het zijn wel twee woningen dus de kans bestaat dat je buren hebt waar je de tuin mee moet delen. Wij hadden het zeer getroffen met een duits koppel met een dochter. We zijn zelfs bevriend geworden na een maand buren te zijn geweest. De omgeving is geweldig. Wij hebben heel veel gewandeld. Het heeft veel bos en je bent relatief dicht bij het strand. Wat ons wel wat tegenviel was de afstand naar Conil. Je hebt echt een auto nodig voor boodschappen of fietsen als je wilt drinken. Het is te lopen maar als het donker is loopt het niet zo prettig. Conil ligt 5 km van het huis. Tot eind november is er niet veel te doen in Conil daarna begint het te leven en is het er zeer gezellig. Het weer is heerlijk geweest. Overwegend droog en zonnig. Het contact met de eigenares was zeer goed. Zij was goed benaderbaar en reageerde zeer vlot op eventuele vragen. Het is meer dan waard om hier nog eens terug te komen.

Schönes Apartment in guter Lage

Wie die Fotos zeigen ist alles sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und der Garten sehr schön wo auch der Wagen abgestellt werden kann. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat sind die alten quietschenden Betten, das leider auch schon alte und nicht so sauber gehaltenen Kochgeschirr wie Pfannen und Töpfe und die Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft, die manchmal die ganz Nacht gebellt haben,... Die Gastgeber sind sehr liebe Leute, die jederzeit erreichbar waren und jedes Problem schnell gelöst haben! Man muss sich auch im klaren sein, dass man den Garten mit den Gästen der Nachbarwohnung teilt, was nicht ganz im Angebot ersichtlich ist. Wir haben trotzdem den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!!

Casa rural

Una casa acogedora con todo lo necesario para hacer vida normal, como lavadora, batidora, tostador etc etc. Esta muy cerca de la cala del aceite, lugar paradisiaco para estar en familia. El ultimo tramo para llegar a la vivienda no esta asfaltado siendo 1 camino de tierra. En definitiva muy buena estancia.

Maravillosa

La casa "Jacaranda" tiene una ubicación perfecta.Apartada del bullicio pero cerquita de Conil(5 minutos en coche para ir a comprar al supermercado Día, Mercadona y otros servicios).Desde Jacaranda podrás ir andando a la playa del Aceite(8 minutos).La casa está muy bien equipada y tiene un bonito jardín con barbacoa.Lo único qué podriamos resaltar como menos bueno son "los mosquitos" que hay en la zona pero con enchufes antimosquitos y repelente todo solucionado.Nos encantaría volver.Gracias a Virtudes por ser tan amable con nosotros.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten

Das Ferienhaus war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Garten, welchen man sich mit einer Partei teilt, gefiel uns sehr gut. Das Meer mit einem schönen Strand ist zu Fuß in zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Aufenthalt.

La casa está impecable y según la descripción y todo estaba limpio y functionando. Se tiene que tener coche en este lugar. Las dos casas adosadas tienen una muralla alrededor, cómo las otras en la urbanización.

Una delicia de casa

La casa nos ha parecido fantástica, tal y como se refleja en las fotos; cómoda, cálida y bonita. Totalmente equipada con todo lo que se puede necesitar cuando pasas las vacaciones fuera de casa, con detalles tan sorprendentes como copas de cristal para disfrutar de un vino en esa preciosa terraza, jarras de cristal para tomar esa cerveza fresquita que tanto apetece en un dia de calor, televisor y hasta wiffi. La amplia terraza la hemos disfrutado un montón para esas cenas después de pasar el día fuera. La casa está muy bien situada, cerca de una cala y a menos de 10 min en coche de Conil. La dueña, sencillamente encantadora, siempre dispuesta a ayudar, aconsejar lugares para ver y comer, y dispuesta en cada momento. Gracias Virtudes por todo y hasta pronto!!

Vacaciones en Roche

Grata sorpresa y muy buena experiencia al ser mis primeras vacaciones en una casa de alquiler. Las fotos no hacen justicia a la casa que es muy bonita con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en tu propia casa. Mis hijos disfrutaron mucho del jardin. Esta muy bien ubicada, limpia y la propetaria ha sido muy atenta con nosotros. Asi que la recomendaria 100%.

Una casa preciosa

La casa es muy agradable: limpia y cuidadosamente decorada. El emplazamiento es bueno y es posible llegar en 5 minutos andando a la playa (Cala del Aceite). La dueña nos trató con amabilidad y estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades. Lo único negativo es que en el mes de Julio hay demasiada gente en la playa. Suponemos que en otras fechas será maravilloso.

Un petit havre de verdure non loin de Conil

Nous avons recu un accueil très sympathique dans cette spacieuse et belle demeure aménagée avec goût. Le jardin et son hamac ont été tout particulièrement appréciés. La maison étant au milieu des bois nous avons pu faire de jolies promenades... La maison est idéale pour une famille de 4 personnes. Mille mercis au propriétaire pour leur gentillesse.
