It’s perfectly nestled in between Coeur d’ Alene and Spokane with bike access to everything including the Centennial Trail. Whether you’re entertaining or staying with multiple families, this extraordinary home truly has something for everyone.
As you enter the home on the main level through entry way;
-Full kitchen and dining area that seats 8 plus 2 bar stools
-Living room with smart TV
-Laundry room/ full bathroom with shower
-Master bedroom (Queen bed)
-2nd bedroom (Queen bed)
-Sun room (Queen pull out sofa) plus AC unit and smart TV with fireplace
-Master bathroom with jetted tub and shower
Lower level of home downstairs;
-Living room with smart TV (Queen pull out sofa)
-full kitchen and dining area that seats 6
-Game room with pool table
-2nd laundry room/ full bathroom with shower
-3rd bedroom (Queen bed)
-Sliding door into back patio
-Storage room with swim noodles, multiple inflatable floating rafts, inner tubes, 5 kids life jackets and 5 adult life jackets. Room comes with with an air pump to fill devices.
-additional storage room with large dog crate, room divider and baby gate if needed

This property is right on the Spokane River that takes you to Lake Coeur d'Alene. It is a bike ride to the Centennial trail, Cabela's, and many Post Falls Parks. 10 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene and 30 minutes to Downtown Spokane.

This home has an electronic boat life and lots of water toys to enjoy the river. 2 separate full kitchens, living rooms and laundry rooms for multiple family stays. The internet is so powerful it can support gaming or streaming.
