The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash, dry and put away any used dishes and utensils. Clean the grill (if used) and dump the charcoal ash in the fire pit or out in the woods. Unplug appliances on counter. Clean out fridge and freezer
Gather used bedding, towels, blankets and place in floor in front of the bathroom.
Turn off both bedroom A/C units. Leave living room unit set to 72 during the summer and 68 during the winter. Return key to lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was an excellent, easy transaction from start to finish. The owner had excellent communication with us and offered to help should any questions arise. The property was easy to find and exceeded our expectations. Super clean, decorated so cute and we had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and slept great! Would highly recommend and will use again should we go to this area again!

The house was very clean, and the location is beautiful. Cell service is very spotty in Mentone and in some areas completely unavailable if you have Verizon or a cell service that uses Verizon towers (nothing to do with the host or house, but just a warning!). Most places have WiFi so it worked out. It’s so easy to get from place to place since they’re all off the main highway,

We are right on the main road that runs through Mentone, Highway 117. Only 2 miles from the downtown area and 6 miles from DeSoto Falls.
