Please return the a/c to 76 degrees.
Please place the used bed linens and towels in the clothes hamper in the kitchen pantry. PLEASE LEAVE COMFORTER(S) ON BED.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Everything was clean, host was very thoughtful and left us cooking utensils, a coffee maker, and even a puzzle to do! We were even thankful for the shampoo, body wash, and conditioner as we forgot to pack ours. The view was also beautiful. Will absolutely be back!

Don’t Sleep on this one.

Everything about this place is great! It looks EXACTLY like the pictures. The view is beautiful and the amenities are fantastic. The towels in the bathroom are adult sized and soft! We didn’t bring the boat this time, but we’ll definitely be back. The owner communication is very prompt. The location is quiet. We’ve spent our mornings slow, enjoying coffee on the patio and watching the boats head out. I’m so glad we found the place.

First of all , nice meeting you Mike! Thank you for the wonderful stay at your condo . Future guests : Mike answered all my questions and within 15-20 minutes. Great communication from before we got there til checkout. I am very particular and want a clean place . We walked in and omg sooo clean . I did not have to clean anything before we started our stay . The kitchen was supplied with what we needed. There was an air fryer , toaster , blender and even a few cookbooks . There were nice pots and pans , dishes , silverwear and cute margarita glasses . The back patio was breathtaking It is exactly like the picture ! The ducks were amusing and we fed them leftover bread . My dog even loved the nice, quiet, relaxing patio and view of the lake . Decorations throughout condo were so cute ! The bed was soooo comfortable and the pillows omg were sooo soft . Best comfort then I have had anywhere even more comfortable then my bed at home! The shower was hot water which I love the hotter the better . The shower head was at the perfect height for me as I’m short so it didn’t go directly on my face like others . The location was close to Walmart, Kroger’s, and many fast foods, coffee shops , and sit down restaurants . We ate at Big Sombrero it was true authentic and the best service. We also ate at The Meating Place which was Bbq . It was good especially the brisket . Mike I will definitely be the walking billboard for your condo . I Highly recommend it and will definitely be back !
