A walk through of this prime 2 bedroom/2 bath 2nd and 3rd story level condo with a queen sleeper sofa discloses a large bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed with blackout curtains for a restful sleep on the left when you step in the front door. A stairwell on the right side leads to the 3rd story Master bedroom with a King Size bed and an immaculate view across a 4-window wall with blackout curtains and a very comfortable bed for a restful sleep. A large Master bathroom with an oversized two-person tub and a sunroof is great for relaxing after a long day of fun in or around the lake. A few steps past the bedroom on the 2nd story is a beautiful full-size bathroom with a shower. Continuing down the hallway is a fully equipped granite countertop kitchen w/gas stove and stainless appliances on the left side just past the bathroom. Directly in front of you is a very comfortable living room/dining room area which unveils a wall-to-wall glass patio door with an unwinding view of Lake Conroe and the entire condo reveals pictures of the owner's recent travels, so if you are in the area for business or pleasure this is our place for you to stay when you come to the Houston/Conroe/Willis, Texas area.

Our host was super helpful with a question we had, but things were so well labeled it left very little need for questions. The condo was so nice and was well outfitted and had a beautiful sunrise view on the balcony too! Having a king size bed up, as well as downstairs was wonderful as we were there for a romantic getaway. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the dvd player available. We highly recommend this property.

The condo was absolutely beautiful! The managers communicated everything of all expectations and if they were needed. We absolutely loved the view and are talking about coming back in the summer. Plenty of space for the four of us.

The condo was amazing and cozy with a beautiful view. Everything was neat and orderly and had everything you could possibly need. I really enjoyed having access to fishing poles since I was visiting Conroe for work. The host was a life saver and even made me feel comfortable when I needed to text them late at night due to a flight delay! The constant communication made my trip so much better due to the other issues I had traveling from Iowa (weather related) it honestly turned my whole trip around. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again!

This is my favorite home away from home place to stay every year when we go to the Renaissance Festival. I absolutely love being near the water because it’s so peaceful and serene. I love sitting on the balcony in the early mornings looking out at the water.

We've stayed in several of the condos here, and this was by far the best! Beautifully updated and decorated, and very clean. The host was amazing! We had an internet outtage in the area (nationwide provider issue, nothing to do with the property), and the host went above and beyond getting Maintenance to make sure we weren't locked out...and then of course I ended up locking myself out the next day. #facepalm But Rey was immediately available to remotely reset the door code for me. Wonderful hosts!! Great condo!! Can't wait to stay again. :-)

Just Book It, You Won’t Regret It!

This was one of our best stays ever when booking on VRBO. We will definitely be back. The place was great as the Hosts provided all the comforts of home and it was very clean. The view of the lake was incredible and we didn’t want to leave.

Intimate Getaway

Awesome place, very clean, very cozy and comfortable. They received us with a bottle of wine, we fish from the back porch balcony. Fishing poles and fresh bait available for us. Easy communication with manager. Great experience, we will be back !! Also, we love that they have a log book for suggestions on how to improve their place and services.

Absolutely Fantastic

We spent 3 days for the 4th of July. Everything about this condo was perfect, and clean. You don’t need to take anything but your food and clothes. The view was gorgeous too and roomy enough for all 4 of us to be on the balcony at the same time. I would certainly return!

The homiest place!

This place was beyond what we expected. The owners really put thought into making you feel at home. The beds were AMAZING! I got the best sleep I have had in a long time. The little details were also a nice touch (blanket on the sofa, the TV tray tables, the complementary wine and coffee). We really enjoyed fishing off the balcony too! Although we brought alot of our own stuff, this place really had it all! We would definitely stay here again! Alrhough not in control of the owners, I did want to mention that the condo pool was closed for 2 of the 5 days we were there. One for routine maintenance and not sure about the second.

We were in love the minute we walked in!! Beautiful and comfortable! The condo is updated with all new appliances and it has everything you need for a getaway stay! The owners were prompt and just a phone call text away! The best part was the 2 person jetted bath tub! Amazing! Plus we fished off the balcony!! We caught plenty of fish! And they had a bottle of wine waiting for us! Thank you for making our anniversary special Daphne and Rey😍 We’ll be back!

Beautiful Views on the Lake

We had a wonderful getaway in this lovely condo on the lake. The entire process from check-in thru check-out was seamless, and the condo was exactly as advertised. It has been recently updated and was immaculate. It was also supplied with everything you could possibly need during your stay … including fishing poles. The view from the balcony was amazing, and our ten-year old grandson loved fishing from there. The property managers were attentive to every detail and made sure they were accessible, if they were needed. To sum it up, everything was perfect and we are already planning a return visit.

Hosts Are A Class Act

I arranged a stay here for my husband and three sons for his birthday. My husband is a small business owner who works a lot of hours and really needs a break and to enjoy the boys. Host went above and beyond to make this a pleasant stay. Even had bait and other small touches. I really can’t articulate in words how much I really needed them to get in some good r&r and how much that meant. They loved it! 100% recommend. Sorry this review is way overdue. Thank you from my entire family!

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to Seven Coves area for many years using a time share we have. We love it more and more each time we come up here. In fact we love it so much we started searching to see what was for sale around here and finally found this place. We were so excited to see we could have a place of our own and we also have the opportunity to share it with others.

What makes this property unique

We have been traveling domestically and internationally for years and found that others did not have some of the things that we always wanted when we stayed at vacation homes like ours. We decided we wanted to have the things at our property that we could not get elsewhere. When you travel to other vacation homes you often have to rent things like tennis rackets, basketballs, and fishing gear. We will provide this for you to use free while you are here. We also found that others didn't have things to cook with like spices and cooking spray, aluminum foil or a crock pot. We provide these items for your convenience. Other things that we provide are shampoo and soaps. Today it is difficult to travel with these items so we now provide them for you.
