Located in Union, this delightful country house/chateau/barndominium with 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 full bed) and 2 bathrooms is a dream. This is a 2 story guesthouse with 2 bedrooms and 1/2 bath upstairs. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, heating & AC, a hair dryer, a washing machine & dryer & iron. Experience what Union has to offer with a stay at our adorable country house/chateau. Bring your furry friends ( limit 2 for extra fee) 20 minutes to Purina Farms. Close to many wineries. Minimum age to book is 25. No smoking, no parties. By booking you agree to the house rules listed in my description. Please note I require “identity verification” through VRBO. We.also have another beautiful 1 bedroom tiny house listed on VRBO on our property.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave used beds unmade. Put used towels in bathtub. Wash dishes & set in strainer. Return key to lock box after locking the door. Gather trash & put in outside receptacle. Thanks
