Separate apartment with private entrance attached to a larger home, main house is generally only occupied a few weeks of the year. Price includes all utilities.

I stayed for 4 nights and on 4 separate occasions I could not get in or out of the designated parking for vrbo guests. There was also bug droppings on the window sill and a dead roach on floor. The sheets appeared to be new and unwashed. I, however, enjoyed the location for its convenience.

To address the comments I would simply say the the guest was greeted upon arrival and in the most emphatic manner told that if she needed anything of any kind or could think of any way we could make her stay more enjoyable to please let me know. I am temporarily living in the attached house and told as I was recovering from cancer surgery I would be at home at all times. I did indeed have an electrician doing work on the main house who parked in the driveway on two occasions. I freely admit that I did not go outside to be sure the driveway was not blocked but the guest NEVER asked for cars to be moved. The sheets were just washed and perhaps my machine does too good a job? We went through the apartment together when she arrived as I showed how to use the Lenovo smart assistant, the appliances in the kitchen, Firestick etc. and there absolutely were no bugs present. I use the number one pest control service in Sarasota and if it was effective and killed a Palmetto bug I am glad, this is Florida after all. No complaint of ANY kind was communicated to me during the guests stay in person or electronically. Very frustrating to say the least. Seriously the sheets appeared to be too new!
