The view was absolutely amazing! The penthouse was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect weekend stay. Conveniently located near markets and great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a fantastic stay. The view of the ocean waves was wonderful. The beach was close and easy to access. Plenty of places to walk my dog. The furniture was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Elevator made for easy access. Would definitely love to stay again.

The condo was cozy, welcoming, clean, and very well-maintained. The kitchen was well supplied, the beds were comfortable, and the view was spectacular! I've been hosting my family's vacation rentals for several years, though I'm relatively new to VRBO. And I love sharing our favorite spot with others. From wide endless beaches to perfect consistency ice cream at Beach Breeze, and even wiener dog races at 4th of July, there's nothing quite like a relaxing Rockaway Beach vacation!

By day, I'm a public school teacher in the Portland metro area.

Why they chose this property

This little slice of Rockaway is the perfect balance of quiet residential, but close to down. Once you arrive, there's no need to drive. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance.

We are also located away from the crowds at the wayside public beach access or the local hotels.

What makes this property unique

Rosie's Perch is located on the top floor and has spectacular ocean views. Modern comforts abound - AC, smart TV's, full kitchen, comfortable beds - while the beach is just across the street.
