From wide endless beaches to perfect consistency ice cream at Beach Breeze, and even wiener dog races at 4th of July, there's nothing quite like a relaxing Rockaway Beach vacation!

By day, I'm a public school teacher in the Portland metro area.

Why they chose this property

This little slice of Rockaway is the perfect balance of quiet residential, but close to down. Once you arrive, there's no need to drive. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance.

We are also located away from the crowds at the wayside public beach access or the local hotels.

What makes this property unique

Rosie's Perch is located on the top floor and has spectacular ocean views. Modern comforts abound - AC, smart TV's, full kitchen, comfortable beds - while the beach is just across the street.
