The condo building only has 12 units; it is located on 4 acres of open lawn with trees and beautiful gardens. Step outside to see the mountain views; the scenery is tranquil and comforting. Located only 200 feet from the front door is the 6 mile Stowe recreational/bike path. You can bike or walk into town to buy a cup of freshly brewed coffee in a cafe on Main Street, Starbucks or Black Cap Coffee where you can just sit back and enjoy the beauty of this quintessential Vermont village.

We are only 4 miles from The Stowe Mountain Resort for skiing, snowboarding or hiking on Mt. Mansfield or Spruce Peak. In the summer you are welcome to use our outdoor pool which is only for owners and guest at the condo. Restaurant options abound and the Stowe Cinema is just 1/2 mile down the road. It’s all about location, location, location!

Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled. One bathroom has a whirlpool bathtub, great for post skiing soaking, and the other has a glass enclosed shower. The kitchen has been totally remodeled and all new appliances. There's a 55" LG HD smart TV in the spacious living room.

The bedrooms each have a queen size bed and high quality linens. Relax and enjoy our condo as a base for your vacation in beautiful Vermont.
