At nearly 1,100 sq ft you can kick it back to relax and unwind. Enjoy peaceful views from your front porch, where you'll see a 200 year old Oak tree harboring plenty of nature. Enter a spacious open concept of the inviting living room and modern fully equipped kitchen. Start your mornings enjoying the coffee and tea set-up provided. Then, launch those kayaks on the river, just steps away from KP Hole launch and swim area. The perfect end to your day will be to retire between the soft, high-thread-count cotton bed linens to give you the best nights sleep possible.

Your tranquil getaway includes FREE use of 3 kayaks. Two kayaks are single Perception Access sit on tops (250 pounds max) and the third kayak is an Azul 110 Quad sit on top that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 small children (550 pounds max). For our guests that bring their own kayaks or small boat, consider one or more of your adventure days just a short distance to Crystal River and Three Sisters Springs. It's a mere 25 minutes away.

Common areas include charcoal grills, large grill with air fryer, family fun large life size chess game, life sized Connect 4, hammocks, fire pit, and organic raised flowerbeds. Golf carts are welcome. Boat trailer parking is adjacent to your bungalow. Your bungalow is located an easy walk or drive, about 2 doors down from KP Hole boat ramp. So step away from it all and find a sense of joy at this cozy and inviting bungalow.

We were so lucky to find this cute bungalow a few weeks before our 3.5 mile swim down Rainbow River. Everything was just as described clean, comfortable and dog friendly. We will definitely stay again.

We just left Westy’s Bungalow and already can’t wait to go back! Everything was perfect, the beds are so comfy, the kitchen has everything you need and the decor was adorable! We brought our golf cart and that made the short trip to the river so easy. The neighborhood is cute and quiet and there was plenty to explore. Thanks Westy for a wonderful trip!

The bungalow was perfectly clean, beautifully decorated with upgraded interior. Location to KP Hole was not as close as expected but a quick drive with the boat ramp which made launching our paddle boards convenient. Would definitely stay again if we can’t find a comparable place that is actually waterfront.

Westy's Bungalow is beautiful and well furnished. KP Hole river access is a 5 minute walk or 30 second drive away. My wife and I fit in the two person kayak provided no problem! Life vests are also provided which is great because I am a terrible swimmer!

Westy’s Boho bungalow with its thoughtful, pleasing decor proved to be a very clean, comfortable, enjoyable place to stay. The completely stocked, extremely well organized kitchen was a pleasure. Bedding and linens were quite fine. We enjoyed many hiking opportunities in the area, a kayak adventure down the Rainbow River, and too many pieces of pie from the Front Porch restaurant! Check in and out was a breeze. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely perfect in every way!

So impressed with this bungalow. Well worth a few extra dollars. After being on the River all day or just being outdoors, it was so wonderful to come back to a well stocked, immaculate place to shower and rest. The passes and kayaks were great and we will be back!!!

Felt like home...

It was our first visit to Rainbow Springs, and we could not have imagined a more comfortable stay. Every little detail was carefully thought out, that it truly made our stay feel like an extension of our own home. The owners were super communicative from booking to checkout, and wanted to ensure that we had a wonderful visit. The location could not have been better! All around, a wonderful trip. We will definitely be back and looking to stay at this property again.

Super clean bungalow

My family of 4 rented this bungalow for a long weekend. Everything was spotless and decorated so nice. I must say, their cleaning crew does a phenomenal job. We’ve stayed in many VRBO rentals over the years and this one was by far the cleanest!! The grounds are also kept clean and it’s a very quiet area. Loved that we could have access to the river since we stayed there. Definitely reccomend!

We enjoyed this property so much. The owners were absolutely communicative. I appreciated that veery much. The bungalow was well stocked. Loved the coffee bar. Having two bathrooms and two bedrooms was very nice. Being that close to KP made transition back and forth very easy. I would definitely book again.

This is a super cute little unit. We loved the front porch and I sat there and had coffee each morning of our stay. Beds were comfortable, check in/check out was easy-peasy. The kayaks were so nice to have and we used them to enjoy the beautiful rainbow river. KP Hole and the launch area was a bit too far for us to walk them over, but we used our truck, so no problem there. We also rented a boat from the Blue Gator one morning and really enjoyed that and the amazing food from there! The only negative about this stay was the fact that after we checked in we were notified that the dryer was not working and could not be repaired until the day we were checking out. This was really disappointing, as one of the reasons I chose Westy's Boho Bungalow was for the washer/dryer and availability of the kayaks. We ended up leaving a day early as we were out of clean clothes. Had I been notified ahead of time, I would definitely have packed a few more clothes, no problem.
