Experience comfort and modern style in the heart of downtown Louisville. This renovated home is just 10 minutes from top attractions like Churchill Downs, the University of Louisville, the Expo Center, downtown, and the airport. You’ll also be close to Logan Street Market, popular restaurants, and lively bars.

Inside, enjoy a bright, inviting living area with comfortable seating, modern décor, and all the essentials for a memorable stay.

Our home is located just a short drive from downtown Louisville, making it a convenient spot for exploring local restaurants, parks, museums, and major event venues. You’ll be close to everything the city has to offer without being in the middle of the bustle.

As with many urban areas, you may notice some signs of city life, including individuals experiencing homelessness. While the neighborhood is generally quiet and residential, we want to be transparent so guests feel comfortable and informed. Many guests have had a great experience here, and we’re always available to help with any questions or concerns during your stay.

Great home with everything you need for your stay. Lots of nice touches to make you feel at home. Very convenient location to downtown and also Bardstown Road. Appreciate the hospitality!

We chose this home because it was in an ideal location for us. It is very clean and comfortable. The gracious owners provided many special touches for our stay. I won’t give details. You’ll have to book a stay to see for yourself. :) We stayed for 3 weeks & had no electrical issues or anything else.

The house was nice and looked to be newly redone. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The neighborhood itself is somewhat rundown. It’s not walkable to any stores. Just a few suggestions that may help make this place perfect :Add a lamp to the living room. Add a safety bar and nonslip things in the shower. It’s extremely slick. The washer couldn’t make it through a wash cycle without throwing the power off and having to reset it on the outlet. Older house maybe the reason for this.

Quaint and cozy place to rest after spending time on the Bourbon Trail. Very clean and close to downtown and the airport. Would come back!
