Huntsville Arkansas Ozark hills are waiting for you at this cozy yet modern 2-bedroom guest house cabin. Situated on the cliffs of the War Eagle Creek, you can experience seasonal views of the two converging creeks below and the rolling hills of hay and cattle. With 1 full bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 roll away cot, this cozy retreat offers a welcoming space to comfortably sleep 4-5 guests. The upstairs has a game room with bumper pool, electric darts, ring toss, record player, shuffleboard, and many additional board games to keep kids entertained for hours. Explore the properties 20 acres with trails down to the water front of two adjoining creeks, natural beach, and even a large cave to traverse. Fish for bass in the creek or rent kayaks nearby to paddle the popular War Eagle Creek below, or relax in the cliffside garden with a cozy fire table for chilly evenings. This is a nature lovers paradise with ample bird watching, numerous eagle sightings, and the ability to visit our goats and mini horse on the property. Enjoy the convenience of AC/heat, high speed WiFi, and a washing machine during your stay with all soaps and bedding provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and baking supplies and spices you might need. Please note the property sites adjacent to the hosts home. We are a young professional couple, and although you may see us come and go, we value our guests privacy and need for personal space above all else. If you need anything during your stay, however, we are available at a moments notice for assistance.

The host has thought of everything - extra toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving cream, lotion, ear plugs, sleep mask, bandaids, seasonings, cooking spray, and plenty of extra blankets and towels! Feeding the goats was a fun experience.. buy some carrots and apples in town!

It was by far the most outstanding property where we have stayed. From the grounds to everything inside it was so thoughtfully done. Great location with easy drive to Springdale or Eureka Springs areas. It had beautiful views of the countryside and access to the river below the cliffs. We really hated to leave.

This place was exactly what our family was looking for. The cave on the property and the river nearby were the adventure my wife and kiddos were hoping to have. My youngest son was begging to stay when it was time for us to leave. One thing to note for travelers with a family, there's not a kitchen table setup, so you have to get creative on how you do mealtimes (we just sat on the floor together). We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great time in nature.

Great getaway with all the amenities

This property has a great view and it has everything you can possibly need at the house. Kitchen is fully stocked with pans/utensils/spices for cooking needs. Coffee on hand and other small necessities were already in the fridge. The host put alot of thought into this to make it perfect

This place was the perfect getaway for my husband and I to have a quick kid free overnight. Absolutely beautiful scenery, perfect amenities, well thought out design and decor. I only wish we’d been able to stay longer to enjoy everything the property had to offer! We loved the game room, such a fun touch. The only cons for us were that everything in Huntsville closes pretty early, and most stuff is closed all day Sunday, so if you’re looking for anything beyond a few restaurants there isn’t much to offer. We were able to grab some decent food and take a nice walk around the gorgeous small downtown after, just don’t expect to be able to pop into any shops or anything. If you’re looking for a getaway from it all, this is an excellent spot! We would love to come back!

This is a very clean place that is stocked with all that you need! You won’t have to bring your own paper towels, coffee, or toliet paper to this place. Need an extra blanket they have that too. Want to cook a complete meal well they have all of the things that you need to do that. Just bring your food. We had hoped to play in the creek but the end of July just isn’t the time for that. The main house is close to the guesthouse as stated in the description. No surprises. The description is correct and the owners are thoughtful. Beautiful property!

My husband and I are a young professional couple and we have been hosting our Cliffs Edge Ranch Cabin since April of 2024 here in Huntsville Arkansas. We enjoy meeting guests however also understand and respect the privacy and peace this natural nook of Arkansas offers. We are avid travelers ourselves and are happy to share our property with other nature lovers and travelers alike. You may see us out and about after work hours feeding our goats and horse, watering the garden, cutting wood for the winter, and tending to our small vineyard and various fruit trees on the property.

Why they chose this property

We love the views the home offers of the War Eagle Creek and Holman Creek below and surrounding farmland, but also the ability to walk down to the water and explore our very own natural large cave directly below the house! This property allows us to feel immersed in nature while remaining very close by to groceries and essentials (5 minutes) - but also a short drive from hiking, waterfalls, caves, and the popular tourist attractions of Eureka Springs, Jasper/Ponca hiking, Fayetteville, and Bentonville.

What makes this property unique

Water views, water access to the creeks, natural beach, cave on the property, and the peace and quiet of being in nature. The Water Eagle Creek is also popular for floating and paddling and our property is one of the few that has easy access to it for fishing, paddling, or wading through on a hot summer day. Another unique feature is the multitude of games we offer for those rainy days!
