Enjoy deeded beach access just across the street, a private screened lanai with outdoor dining, full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and open living space. Relax in the heated pool or fish from the dock. Bring your boat and reserve a slip (with fee). Pets welcome with approval and fee. Walk to dining and shops on North Beach Rd.

Occupancy
Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Exceeding occupancy or misrepresentation of guest count may result in immediate termination without refund.
Minimum Age & Age-Restricted Communities
The primary renter must be at least 18 years old.

Appliances, Utilities & AC Use
Use appliances and systems as instructed.
Do not set AC below reasonable temperatures

Damage caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.

Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.
Do not attempt repairs
