Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure the air conditioner is set to 78. All used towels placed in tub or shower. Please do not leave any food in the refrigerator.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear and small breakages.
The purchased damage protection insurance will be used to cover the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items.
If damage occurs, the property owner will contact the guest, and a claim will be filed with VRBO using the damage protection plan.

The place was immaculately organized and clean, it was a real pleasure staying here. Paul and Barbara were excellent hosts, and were always responsive to any concern. I highly recommend staying here long term, and my family and I would definitely want to return at some point in the future if we’re ever in the area.
