Contemporary Style Home for Golf Lovers & Sun Seekers

This spacious and modern house has 2 bedrooms, one on either end of the house. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Perfect for 4 people. There are two sofa beds, one queen and one twin, so 2 more people can fit in if you want to be cozy.

The maximum occupancy is 6 adults. The indoor garage and the driveway can fit up to 4 regular-sized vehicles in total.

The house interior has been renovated and upgraded in the fall of 2018. The color scheme of red and rocky grey is a celebration of the California poppies, which burst out of the arid desert ground every March to dazzle the world with their brilliant hues. The colors in this house pay homage to these vibrant, resilient flowers and mountainous desert they spring from.

The golf course in the Indian Palms Country Club is beautiful and yet a round of golf is very affordable. You can walk from the house to the teeing ground. The garage is big enough for two cars and a golf cart.

Enjoy the clean lined and contemporary furnishings throughout the house as well as a good night sleep on the premium Simmons mattress in the bedrooms.
Surf the multitude of the cable channels on the 55-inch Toshiba flat screen TV.

All phone calls to North America are included so you can check in with family and friends or tell them what a great time you are having.

Enjoy barbecuing in the backyard with the natural-gas grill to cook your steak the way you like it.

If you want to cook inside, you will be delighted by the open style kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz counter top and maple cabinets in expresso finish.

There are 6 pools/jacuzzi in this gated community, the nearest one is just 4 minute walk from the house. The big pool, 4 pickleball courts, 2 tennis courts, and a fully equipped gym are located at the Lifestyle Center.

Spectacular home in a fantastic location. We were just 10 minutes away from great shopping and dining. The house was impeccably clean and perfectly appointed for a comfortable stay. This home is beautiful! It’s on a very quiet area. We were in the area for a destination wedding. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked as though it had everything you would need. Macy checked on us as did her property manager. The master bed was very comfortable as was the living room furniture. It was a great place to stay!

Came in for Stage Coach. Property and location were great! Very nice gated community. Small pool a few minutes walk around the block. Beds and furniture comfortable. Great protected patio with padded chairs. Well equipped kitchen with gas stove and fridge with water and ice maker. Perfect place for two couples to share a great week long stay in Indio! Wonderful Home - Short Walk to Polo Fields

Macy’s home was beautiful and she and her associate Jim, who helped with the check in, were both lovely and very communicative. The house had everything you could need and then some! Plenty of towels/dishes etc. The house is deep into the neighborhood and very quiet though being a corner lot, it you can listen to music etc without being much of a disturbance to people around you. The home is super close to the polo fields, in fact the longest walk is through the neighborhood, but they offered $10 parking to park at the front of the Neigborhood and cut 20 minutes off the walk which was really nice! I would definitely book this place again! Thanks Macy!

Amazing Home Away From Home

From the very initial contact with the owner, this experience was top notch! The home was exactly as pictured and the owner and her manager (Jim) made us feel at home. There were high temperatures in the area that caused the electric company to have special rules. Macy ( the owner) told us that up front before agreeing to the contract. She was totally honest with us up front. I cannot tell you what wonderful hosts come with this beautiful property. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed spending quiet time with our family here. If we are ever in the area again, this will be our FIRST choice!

We stayed at the house for Coachella 2026. We love this neighborhood because you can walk across Monroe to the festival grounds. The house was just as described - clean, spacious, well stocked, we had everything we needed, and having the extra half bath was amazing! Macy and Andrea made sure our check in and check out was easy, checked in on us to made sure everything was smooth and were friendly and easy going. We will definitely try to make this our annual Coachella staple!!

All went very well. Plenty of towels, bedding and supplies. Kitchen was reasonably stocked. Could have been a bit cleaner, but the owner made an adjustment for us. Used the pickleball facility that the owner had arranged for us. Good stay. Would rent again.

A nice house in a great, gated neighborhood close to everything. It was very clean and had the necessities- not a lot of extras (like coffee) but for what we needed it was perfect. Good communication with owner. The only thing that was odd is the front door just had the deadbolt and no lock on the door handle- it wasn't an issue - just odd. More keys and better labeled would be helpful for the renters. Overall, great place and great price! I would rent it again!

Highly Disappointed

Our stay at this home was good, the property was clean and location was good. But the only disappointment was while at the home when I attempted to use the stove for the first time one of the stove knobs fell off. After this we contacted Jim (Property Manager) via phone and email and the Home Owner (Macy) via email about what happened. Macy responded thanking me for informing her about incident and Jim came over and my husband showed him the knob and explained to him what happened and that we met it broken. Jim advised my husband that he will deal with it and we left it at that. We didn't use that burner again during our stay. Now that we are back home we now get an email to inform us about a new charge for a stove knob. We don't feel as if its fair that we pay for something that we didn't do. Also we called Jim about it and he was blatantly rude about the situation stating that he assumed that we broke the knob and that he doesnt know what kind of stoves we have but in the US they have push in and turn knobs and he started to get loud with my husband and hung up the phone. So please check all knobs and fixtures in the home before the property manager leaves to prevent this from happening to you!!!!!!
