The kitchen opens up to a large living room with a cozy fireplace, large designer couch for 7 and a 85" 4K OLED Sony smart TV. Wireless high speed internet with speeds up to 500bps throughout the home and all TV's have access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime ect.

Within the home are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. First bedroom features 2 comfortable Full beds with a large closet and 50 inch HD smart tv. Second bedroom includes a California King bed, large mirrored closet and a 45 inch HD smart screen tv. The master bedroom has a plush California King bed with 2 walk in closets and large spacious bathroom, including his and her sinks and separate bathtub and shower.

We so enjoyed Ian's beautiful home in La Quinta, CA. It was perfect for us in a quiet, residential neighborhood right by the foothills and walking trails. The house had all the amenities we needed including two coffee makers; a huge TV and a lovely, large, well lit en suite bathroom with a big tub and shower. We plan to stay there again when we come next year, no need at all find someplace else.

Front yard look like a it had not been taken care of dead palm froms on both sides of driveway and trash cans under the dead palm's. We went into house and in the master bed room was a large dirt stain and a small stain. We sent a photo to the host and he said he did not know what guest left it! He didOffer to have carpet cLeaned but it would take a day we had guest so we lived with it the carpet runners were dirty and the 2 chairs in dining room were torn. It appeared that the host had not been in his house for awhile and his cleaner must be blind. The ice maker did not work and host did not know how to fix it. It had been broken for a while! Pictures were better than the house . House is tired and host had a cute answer to everything!

My family stayed at this super cute home for Christmas and everything was perfect!Very clean and well stocked, the beds were very comfortable (three nice sized bedrooms, including wonderful master bedroom) - there was plenty of room for the six of us. Nice sized master bathroom, plus another full bathroom and a half bath, allowed everyone to get ready quickly and easily. There was such attention to detail, including the fresh Christmas flowers and Christmas themed throw pillows on the couch. It made such a difference in our stay and we loved everything.There is a wonderful, heated pool in the backyard with plenty of outdoor seating and a view of the mountains. Nice kitchen, a huge TV in the living room for evening movie night and washer/dryer in the garage. The neighborhood is safe, very quiet and lovely with easy access to amazing trails and a very short drive to the La Quinta Resort as well as many stores and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic large house

We had a grest time in the large beautiful house located in a nice neighborhood. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Of course the pool was awesome as well and the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The host also communicated very well and helped out when needed.

Why they chose this property

Palm Desert area was a destination I frequented a couple times a a year for vacations, golf, music festivals and relaxation and ultimately saved enough to by a place of my own. I have realized that life does not provide enough time for vacationing at my young age and would like to offer up my home to all who seek a great experience in La Quinta / Palm Desert.
