About this property

2/King master suites. Same beautiful beach!

This is truly our home away form home and we ask that you respect it. New plank flooring throughout as well as all new cabinetry with quartz counter tops. Three bathrooms, the masters with walk in showers, and the hall bath with large tub. All have ceramic tile surrounds.
The large living area has a balcony overlooking the Gulf with its glistening water and white sand beaches. It is provided with a large Roku TV.
The front master has a flat screen T.V. as well as its own entrance to the balcony where you can sip your morning coffee and hopefully see the dolphins swim by.
The second master suite with king bed is located in the back for added privacy, and includes a huge walk in closet and flat screen T.V.
The condo also has a third bedroom with twin beds, as well as a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
You can enjoy the areas many great restaurants, from very casual to fine, barbecue poolside, or cook in the condos fully stocked kitchen.
Amenities include dishwasher, range, ice maker, blender, coffee maker, as well as a Keurig K cup coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc. Full size washer and dryer also included. This family friendly condo has eight floors and 32 units, as well as a saltwater pool with sun or covered area, and exercise room.
Whether its enjoying the numerous water activities, partying at the local hang-outs, enjoying fine food, golfing at fine area courses, shopping, or simply visiting with family or friends while relaxing on the beach, Gulf Shores is the place to be. We've worked hard to make our condo comfortable. and appealing to family and friends. The area is known as "Pleasure Island." Your first trip won't be your last.

The Condo was great, comfy furniture and plenty of space for the 6 of us. Right on the beach with a great view. Ample parking and convenient to the main drag in Gulf Shores.

First and most importantly was it was clean! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and then some. Beds were comfy. Kitchen isn’t huge, but worked for the 6 adults to prepare meals. The host was quick to respond and very easy to work with. Condo building is not big which is a big plus when sitting on the beach. Definitely would stay here again!

The pictures are great but don’t do justice to the actual view!!! It was perfect and amazing!!! They had supplied all beach equipment, which was an added plus. The condos view was priceless! As I have stated at many other places…the kitchen was stocked more than most. It was perfect location to everything, with choices galore! This is definitely a place I would love to come back or recommend to anyone for their family!!!

We have stayed at this property several times, we enjoy it so much we keep coming back. it is close to everything you would want or need. right on the beach, rooms are clean and property is well taken care of, we will be back to stay again, the owner is very nice to deal with and is very accommodating.

Clean cute condo for families!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Check in was seamless. The condo was very clean and well decorated! The kitchen was well stocked with everything with everything we needed. The gulf Views were perfection. We will definitely try to stay if we make it back to Gulf Shores!

Great place!

Love the 2nd floor location! Comfy beds and furniture. Beautiful beach view and very short walk to the sand! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the grills close to the pool were great! We could see the beach and pool sitting on the balcony which was perfect! Pizza directly across the street. The 3 bedrooms are perfectly spaced out for privacy.

Family vacation

The condo was very nice. Very clean and had lots of room for a family our size. The walk to the beach was great just a few steps and you on the the sandy beach. Location of the condo was great. We meet a couple owners are they were very friendly. We differently will rent this condo again next yr.

Perfect!!

Very nice, clean, comfortable place to stay. There was 6 of us and we had more than enough room. 3 full bathrooms and a nice balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool. Within feet of the beech made it very easy every day to relax. The elevator was extremely convenient to load and unload the vehicle. I will be coming back here for years to come!!!

Great place and very short distance to ocean!

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores. The condo did not disappoint. We have had many beach trips and this was the closest to the beach we have ever been. Love the pool and beach access is so close and enjoyable. This place has the prettiest white sand beaches and great ocean waters for all. Close to many stores and attractions also. Condo was perfectly stocked with supplies and love the new window in the ocean view master suite. You won't be disappointed with your stay here.

Perfection

Property is exactly as described- a little farther down the beach so not quite as busy - which we appreciated. Can see the sun rise and sun set from the patio, as well as dolphins. Kitchen is well stocked- communication was excellent- condominium does weekly get to know you events that everyone is invited to. Definitely will be back to stay again!!

Great Getaway!!!

We loved this property. It was exactly as described by the host and even better. It's on the second floor so you're pretty much on the ground level. As soon as you get off the elevator you enter the security gate and you're at the pool area. This section is in the shade but as you walk on beyond is the pool. You can see the beach from here or walk the walkway out to the beach. At this entrance there's a place to shower off the sand. We loved it. We will most definitely be coming back!

Awesome condo

Loved our stay here. Condo looked very updated and was very clean. I liked the second floor so I could use the elevator if necessary but could quickly use the steps too. Pool was great with a large shaded area tucked under the building with tables and chairs which we needed as we had a little one with us. Beach was great although it was a little short so could get crowded on busy days. There was not any beach chair rental unless you went down the beach a few buildings but the condo had 2 great beach chairs. Beds were extremely comfortable which is a rarity it seems now a days and the washer/dryer was very convenient. Balcony was very good size. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay

There were 4 adults and 2 teens and upon arrival we realized we were in an older complex than what we thought. The condo was as publicized on VRBO, but the building needs updated terribly. The door to the condo had 3 deadbolts that spooked us a little! The beds were comfy and the view was amazing. Our grandson slept on the couch pullout and commented that it was the most comfortable pull out he had ever slept on. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, silverwear, baking dishes, etc. We give 4 stars because of the building, not the condo!

LOVELY STAY

This unit looks exactly like the photo provided (if not better). Great location with a beautiful view. The host Gayle went above and beyond with the attention to details. The cleaning staff did an amazing job as well. There was even little goodie boxes in each bathroom. This condo was spotless! Gayle was very attentive and supplied an emergency number if needed! Which unfortunately we did, only because we left an item behind. She responded immediately and handled the issue. I could not have asked for a better experience when leaving a purse and cellphone 6 hours away from home! We will definitely rent this unit again. If I could give 100 stars I would. This trip was amazing!!!

My family first started coming to the beach when my parents wintered here as 'snowbirds.' We immediately fell in love with the beauty of the area and its friendliness. It started with visiting my parents with their grandchildren, and now we're the grandparents! We continue to carry on the tradition of spending Spring Break at the beach.

Why they chose this property

Tropical Winds was the first condo on the beach to be built after the building moratorium that was in effect at the time was lifted. We saw our chance and were fortunate enough to purchase a condo at Tropical Winds. The beach directly in front is where my Dad and his best friend fished for years.

What makes this property unique

Tropical Winds is a small, family friendly building with only 4 units to a floor. It is conveniently located to many restaurants and gift shops located directly on Beach Boulevard.
