Clean, beautiful decor, completely equipped for everything we could need. Stairs were long and steep and the TV was a bit difficult to work, but otherwise everything was perfect. We would gladly stay here again and refer it to others.

I'm glad you enjoyed my prooerty! Being on the second and third floor does get your steps in for the day! But exercise is good for you! I actually find the LG 86" TV with the Magic Remote my favorite and most easy to use smart TV, and I own basically every brand! It's much faster using the mouse pointer remote to select content than hitting a bunch of arrow buttons, and the large screen shows all the main content within selection range. The quick scroll wheel allows you to scroll through content fast, just like a mouse wheel.

Spacious in East Nashville

Really enjoyed the property and the neighborhood with a family of five. Everything was as advertised. Attentive property manager. Would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful townhome. Lots of steps which was clearly listed. No small children in our party but I would not be comfortable having small children stay in this unit due to all the steps. Very close to downtown. Uber rides ranged from 8-18 during the day but jumped to 30-35 at night. Taxis more expensive but usually best option to get home at night when roads are shut down and traffic very bad. Well stocked kitchen. Looked like we would have all we needed if we cooked. Enjoyed rooftop in the evening. Of note, if you rent the whole unit with ground floor separate unit, you can’t enter the unit from inside because door is blocked inside the unit with a microwave stand. We would have preferred to be able to enter from inside the main unit rather than go through outer door every time. Otherwise, stay was exactly what we expected and would stay again.

Thanks for the detailed review! I do have baby gates available if needed! This unit is mostly rented as a split listing with separately rented upstairs and down. For a single home experience, I suggest one of our three full townhome listings with four beds!
